A lot to do including the discount for Soaky Mountain next door. We had a lot of fun doing both indoor/outdoor at hotel and also waterpark next door.

We had to wait an extra hour after check in time. Some folks more than that. Layout of the resort is terrible. You have to walk a very long way to your room. No sliding door, struggled to get luggage in. Very noisy at night. Not worth the money.

We were there 3 nights and no one cleaned our room. We had to continuously ask for towels. There was a strange and annoying noise coming from the bathroom and we couldn’t rest easy due to that.

Relaxing weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! Room was spacious and clean. Had more than enough towels and blankets. The tram ride was quick and the drivers were nice. The property itself is very clean and sanitary. We loved the indoor water park. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and spent a lot of our time up there. Food choices were average. We went offsite for dinner as the restaurants did not offer a great line up of meals. Otherwise breakfast and lunch offerings were good.

I brought 2 of my grandchildren ages 7(F) and 13(M). There was activities for both. They really enjoyed the time we spent there. Definitely will do it again!
