I was ever charged $200 at this property on my credit card that was unauthorized. There were bugs coming out of the sink in my room.

Overall, it was a nice stay. AC is very inconsistent; either freezing or warm and muggy. This was also the case for our friends room. Beds kind of hard so could be updated. Staff were polite but not really excited to be there. There really should be a walking option from Stone Hill Lodge to the amenities especially if nothing was open during the week at this particular building. The shuttle driver is nice but likes to take turns hard, so hold on! If we come again, it most likely wont be stone hill lodge. The water park was pretty amazing and surprisingly clean.

The check in was horrible i drove 10 hours and the clerk was very rude and never recieved a text message for my or email of my payment was submitted nothing at all. Better improvement in checking in and the room had a cockroach.
