Loved everything about it all

I liked everything staff are great hotel room is clean and close to everything we will definitely come again

It was a great for a family vacation. I just wish the required everyone to wear a mask.

It was fabulous and will stay again for sure. I had 45 families with my program and they had a great time to. We were at a cheer competition and the convention center was right there Amazing time for everyone. Thank u

The room was great. The waterpark was fun. However, there were a lot of things that were closed and it is an expensive stay to not get to do everything. Couldn't get help at the concierge desk at the Stone River Lodge. Am deaf and it seemed hard for them to assist me. Vending machines took a lot of my money.

Over all, it was a good stay. Hall way can be noisey at times.

Indoor water park and arcade were great for my kids ages 11, 8, and 2. The rooms are average hotel sized rooms nothing fancy but ok for the price. Inside the water park staff were consistently picking up dirty towels and trash left behind by guest. That was a plus. There are life guards on duty as well. Guest were out on the property a lot without their mask that was something I didn’t like because there were signs all over stating mask are required. The walls are thin so it was a bit noisy but nothing unbearable. Overall it was a good stay for my family of 5 and we wouldn’t be opposed to visiting again.

The fact that it is connected to the conference center was great! The rooms were poorly lit, that coupled with dark brown paint created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The bathroom is small.

We enjoyed the indoor water park especially the hot tub and water slides

Great for family vacations, you have everything you need in the Resort!!

Hidden fees very expensive and cheap outdated rooms. Too small said I had a great view and I was looking at a semi truck for two nights! Toilet didn’t work bathroom was super small just ridiculous for almost $400 a night

Guests were not required to wear a mask by hotel staff.

We were not in the main lodge. The other lodge felt very secluded and not safe. I had to pay extra to transfer to the main lodge. I won't book again.

Staff at check in were quick and very infomative about the property for my first stay at this property. The rooms and property were nice. Had a blast at the water park. We stayed at the stone hill lodge so the shuttle was a nice addition. Will stay here again.
