I enjoyed that the staff at the kids play area in the inside waterpark were interactive and sweet to my children. I LOVE that it lets in natural sunlight. My family enjoyed the water coaster. We had a great time at the Stonehill location. The only slight concern was the shower drain was clogged and we had to call housekeeping to have someone come unclog it. They came to the room promptly and took care of the situation. The service was excellent.

Hotel was clean and staff was great at about requests for restocking room items. Some staff not as friendly or accommodating as others. Some more details about towels and the water park online or at check in would be nice. No towels at out door but water park. Shuttle was great and drivers very nice. Nice affordable place to stay. Stone Hill is actually across the st from the wilderness resort rooms but there's a shuttle that runs or you can drive over it but there's also a small outside water park for kids
