Pictures and room look entirely different . Probably a good place years ago. Cobwebs in the bathroom and outside lights at night were an issue. Decor about 30 yrs old.

The room was okay condition the carpet was dated. Can't beat the location we did not move our car for 2 days just walked everywhere. A little pricey for the condition but I guess we were paying for the location. it was very quiet.

Family hotel that is suitably close to all activities in Gatlinburg, TN. Would recommend.

I booked a few days here for my daughter and son-in-law for their honeymoon and they loved it! They said the staff were so friendly and so very helpful. They loved the room, clean, quiet and comfortable. My daughter said the hotel was beautiful and located at a short walk from restaurants, museums and all the shopping. She was so happy about her experience here that we are definitely planning to stay again the next time we are in that area.

Arrived to hotel for check in and was told we had been "walked" to another hotel in Pigeon Forge due to overbooking. This happened on New Years weekend. We specifically booked this hotel to be able to walk to everything in Gatlinburg. Very disappointed with the staff when we called about being moved. They were rude and disrespectful. This was huge inconvenience due to the fact we were traveling with kids. The hotel we were moved to was dated and the rooms were tiny.

The room was spacious, and clean. The TV set seemed out of date, with a poor picture quality. Very convenient to town shopping and restaurants.

It was really good and comfortable room Also it has awesome view of the mountains

I booked this hotel close to labor day weekend , so didn't have much choice left in that area. But after visiting 1st time gatlinburgh city , I would recommend to stay in Pigeon Forge , 7 miles from gatlinburg but will have a ton of choices around. The hotel on the down of a hill side , so most cases you have to walk uphill to get into your room. The wifi never worked on weekends and hardly connected for 5 mins. Rooms are ok but No elevator in the building with 3 floors . So if you are having big luggage, remember you have to carry on your own to your 3rd floor, if you are not lucky to get on 1st floor. Nearby restaurant's are overpriced and not of good quality. Keep some cash always as restaurant may accept cash only.

It's walking distance from shops. It's a short drive from the great smokey mountains.

I love being able to walk to everything, this is why we stay here. The room was nicer than ours last year with a jacuzzi tub being a nice bonus. The only thing I did not care for was the bed it was extra firm, this is probably just personal preference.

Our stay was with our two small children. Hotel looked nice outside, great location for exploring Gatlinburg. The room was clean but very old, the bedding was very old and outdated. Room was considerably smaller than I thought it would be. Fairly priced for what you get.

Would recommend! Fair place to stay within walking distance to everything. Not to mention the restaurant has happy hour (1/2 off drinks) everyday.

The room overlooked the stream. We could walk to town. It was great. We will come back there. I've been to gatlinburg a few times I really liked this hotel

Love the hotel needs a bit of updating and 1 of the 2 pools was shut down but room was clean and beds was comfortable!!

Restaurant staff needs to be upped for the breakfast. Only one waitress to service 30 tables.

The room that we were in, was obviously one of their original rooms. The room was older, not very clean, and the hot tub which was right out in the middle of the room was very worn. The bathroom was very old looking and pretty bad. There was a fireplace, which looked like an after thought. The room was definitely not the one that was shown in the pictures. I would not recommend it to anyone. The bed was so uncomfortable that we left a day early.

great location, only had small problems but maintenance took care of it right away. price was great for the location of the motel, we had 4 rooms but they only put 2 of us together, the other 2 were in different buildings.

when first arrived got two rooms recently renovated but room smell moldy and wet and had giant bug in room, went to desk they were awesome and gave a choice of rooms, had stayed here before and got rooms next to previous loved fireplace and Jacuzzi 4 post bed and patio right on the pool and creek stay was amazing, trying to book same rooms for weekend in dec

This hotel is older, but very clean! Location is the best! Room did not have good seating. No sofa and No comfortable chairs, just straight chairs at table.

Nice location and hotel except that it seriously needs upgrade

It is never our intention to inconvenience you in any way, however, due to unforeseen events there are times when units thought available are uninhabitable or units are mistakenly overbooked during peak seasons and it becomes necessary to moved valued patrons to whatever units are available.
