The rooms were clean, some of the staff were very helpful, some were definitely not, it’s right on the island so obviously plenty of shops nearby. The fireplace in the room did work, and warmed the room quickly when on.

Enjoyed the access of being right near the shops on the Island. Giving multiple entry access points from the Island to get back to the room was super convenient. Nice big room. The fireplace in the room was nice and warm.

We have stayed here for years. The service is amazing and the location can’t be beat. The room we stayed in is starting to show some wear and had a few spots damaged in the floor and the sink was a little cracked but we really enjoyed our stay and the kids had a blast!
