Location was very convenient being walking distance from downtown. Quiet off the high traffic road, and located right on the water. The rooms are a little musty, but clean for the most part. Linens and towels were clean. We enjoyed our time!

I had a great stay for a great value. I definitely would stay here again. Nearby all the shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg. Close to pigeon forge too. The room was in great condition with a beautiful view from the balcony. I even got to see a bear from a safe place, while relaxing on the balcony.
