Great staff and location. It's close enough to walk to the main attractions in Gatlinburg but far enough that you don't get the noise. The staff is very nice and helpful. We liked the fire tables in the courtyard for a cozy place to relax.

This place is a hidden gem! The rooms are very clean and you feel like you are staying in a cabin. The firepits are lit each morning and evening to enjoy morning coffee or a night cap. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kasha, especially went above and beyond. Super friendly. The hotel is walking distance to the parkway. We will definitely recommend this boutique hotel to family and friends. We will be back!
