I wanted to provide feedback regarding our stay. I had to send several messages about the issues we experienced, and I feel it’s important to document everything.Unfortunately, both hot tubs were not working during our stay, which was a major disappointment. The cabin also needs significant updating and a much deeper cleaning. There was a lot of dust, spider webs, and the kitchen rugs were dirty upon our arrival.The stove top was also not functioning properly, with only two burners staying on. In addition, there were not enough towels provided for the number of guests, and many of the towels were worn out and should be replaced.The beds were another major concern. Nearly everyone in my family complained that they were uncomfortable and made loud noises whenever someone moved. Two of the top bunk beds were broken, forcing us to rearrange sleeping arrangements and purchase air mattresses so everyone would have a place to sleep.Overall, the cabin has great potential and is in a nice location, but it needs better maintenance, updated furnishings, and a much more thorough cleaning before it is rented to future guests. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and considered when addressing our stay.
