Esta casa de tres dormitorios se encuentra en un gran lote con vista al Roaring Fork Creek y tiene una vista del Sky Lift de Gatlinburg. Our 3 generation stay was fantastic! The house was immaculate with not only everything we needed, accessory wise, to cook dinners and make lunches, but it also had little nuances that made it special, like doormat size rugs on the sides of the beds when you get out, so you don't slip on the hardwood floor. Nice touch for my old bones! Lol. Great location for Gatlinburg activities. We walked into town one of the days. Excellent value with exceptional features. We even saw a bear (up on the hill at another house) on our first night there. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Gatlinburg.

Incredible peaceful setting within walking distance to everything. Home was well furnished with everything we needed and even had a few extras like a snack basket. Our party of 5 had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed their stay. This will be our new go-to place to stay in Gatlinburg when we return!

The house was adorable and perfect for our family of four. We could have fit more people but my boys loved having their own rooms! Everything was super clean and there were thoughtful touches throughout (including snacks our boys loved and condiments in the fridge)! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. We did not ever make a full meal but we easily could have! Hosts were attentive and informative, even offering to mail back a pair of shorts we left behind! The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful but close enough to walk to all that Gatlinburg has to offer! We would absolutely recommend this rental to others and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice and clean home for our family. Fully equipped with everything you need as well as a starter supply of some basics. Great location, easy walk or trolley ride to downtown, and very close to GSMNP and attractions. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful place, location is great. Just under a mile into Gatlinburg and on the free trolley route. We saw a black bear one night! Hosts are quick to respond to questions.

Great place. Had everything we needed. Location, not “walkable” with a toddler but plenty of parking available downtown (20.00 to park) Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and had all the basic needs. Would stay again. 🤍

The house was clean and cozy. Just close enough to the main strip of Gatlinburg that if you don’t make the last trolly the walk back isn’t horrible.We had two kids with us and they had a blast.

Great Place to Stay

This was our second time staying here and would definitely recommend it. When we first arrived we thought there may be an issue with the guest toilet and reached out to the owners to be on the safe side, he came out right away to take a look, which was much appreciated. The owners also made sure to have maintenance take care of the driveway before we arrived to ensure there was no ice. The house is well stocked with towels, wash cloths, cookware, and cleaning supplies. Plus, the location is ideal if you want to be close to downtown Gatlinburg, but avoid all of the noise from the crowds.
