The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the mountains as you sip coffee on the Grand Porch, the valley below stretching in quiet splendor. Inside, the glow of the gas fireplace fills the Grand Room, inviting you to unwind after a day of exploring Gatlinburg’s snowy trails. The hot tub steams gently against the crisp air, offering a private view of the peaks while you relax. Evenings come alive in the private movie theater, where Dolby Atmos 7.1 sound wraps you in cinematic comfort.



Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk‑in shower. Two guest bedrooms each hold a queen bed and share a Jack‑And‑Jill bathroom. A full futon sofa‑sleeper in the loft adds flexibility, while both the living room and the game room provide queen sleeper sofa beds, comfortably accommodating a group of twelve.



Game Room & Entertainment

The first‑floor game room blends classic and modern fun: NERF station, PlayStation 5, dart board, Pac‑Man arcade, Multi‑cade, board games, puzzles, bean‑bag chairs, and a cornhole set. A wet bar and charcoal grill keep refreshments close at hand. The private movie theater delivers immersive viewing with Dolby Atmos 7.1 and a connected PlayStation 5 for gaming nights. A dedicated workspace with a monitor and fast Wi‑Fi 7 ensures you stay connected when needed.



Outdoor Spaces

Fourteen hundred square feet of patio wrap the cabin, framing uninterrupted mountain views. The hot tub offers a warm retreat in the crisp air, and additional seating lets you soak in the scenery. A charcoal grill is ready for year‑round grilling. When the season permits, guests may use the nearby resort pools at the Alpine, South, and North Clubhouses, which operate from Memorial Day through Labor Day.



Indoor Amenities

The kitchen is fully stocked for home‑cooked meals, complemented by washer, dryer, bed linens, room‑darkening shades, and heating and air conditioning. Entertainment includes TV, Bluetooth sound system, arcade games, books, and a children’s playroom. Safety features comprise exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first‑aid kit.



Parking, EV Charging & Pet Policy

Parking accommodates four vehicles, and a Level 2‑50 Amp EV charger is available. A whole‑house backup generator adds peace of mind. The cabin is pet‑friendly for up to two dogs (max 50 lb each) with a $125 pet fee per reservation. Seasonal Christmas decorations adorn the home from December 1 through 31.

Nestled in Chalet Village Resort, the cabin sits just 1‑2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, placing you close to attractions while surrounded by the serene Smoky Mountains. Bear activity is common in the area; safety tips are provided before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole home, excluding the owner's closet.

This cabin is located in the prestigious Chalet Village Resort, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and is just 1-2 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg.



Getting Around:

There is parking space for 4 vehicles. We highly suggest not to bring a tow behind trailer to this property.

Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.

Interaction with Guests:

You may check in any time after 4pm. Your digital access code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival. You will not need to pick up keys to access the home.
