AMAZING

My husband, daughter, and myself stayed here from June 24-June 29. We loved everything about it from the check in to the location to the promptness with communication. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back! We love the back steps that lead you to the strip along with a trolley stop being right by the condo as well! Everything about this location was PERFECT!

Beautiful Clean Place Near Attractions

This condo was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The pool was also very clean and nice. The hike to attractions was definitely too much for our young children, but for us it wasn't too bad. Bring quarters for the laundry and pot holders if you use the oven. Otherwise a great stay. The entrance is the same level as the parking lot, so that was nice with the little kids.

Great Gatlinburg Stay

We stayed for my sons spring break 4/9-4/13 of 2025. Location was great. Only about 15 minute walk from the back to get to the strip right by Ripleys Believe it or not. Very quiet and secluded and close to everything. This I liked cause I didnt want the hassle of parking downtown. Will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We are in our 50’s and in pretty good shape and the walk to downtown wasn’t bad until the last day. Those stairs going back up were tough after a long day of shopping and eating so pace yourself.

Fantastic Condo in Gatlinburg

This is one of the nicest condos I have stayed in at this complex. It was updated and clean. The furniture and bed were comfortable, and the location was great for access to downtown. I was within walking distance of everything I needed. The owners were incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. I will be back again.

Condo was perfect size for the two of us. The bed had a memory foam mattress it was so comfortable. Shower water took a little longer than usual to get hot, but it was ok. Close to parking space for Anakeesta and the Aquarium. Will definitely stay again…

-Location was close proximity to downtown -Condo cost was with-in the typical range -Condo very clean appreance, but my spouse had 3bites on her back after the 2nd night and 2 at the ankle on the 3rd night, all after sleeping in the bed next to the sliding glass doors. The 1st night she slept on the sofa and no bites. Also signs are postesd for quite time from 9pm-9am, Saturday night the unit above created noise like jumping and running from 12am to 1:30/2am. I was told to call the police and that woukd only kept me up long and made our unit a target. -Several wall plug-ins non-operational/ cords fall out the plug-ins Reasons for my score

The property has been recently renovated. Good bed and hot shower. Great communication. It is a bit up the hill from Anakeesta and Downtown Gatlinburg, so make sure you have your hiking shoes (10 min walk down, 15 min up).

Great Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed your stay! The place was really clean and a good walking distance from everything. I really appreciated the lighted stairway out back of the complex as it provided a little extra piece of mind when returning back to the room in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to getaway for the weekend.
