The fully equipped kitchen and inviting dining area open onto the relaxing living room with the intimate fireplace, setting the stage for many memorable evenings. Sun shines through large windows throughout the day, making the entire space bright and warm, enhancing the soothing ambiance.

The same setting can be enjoyed in the upper-floor living room with gorgeous high ceilings and cozy seating areas.

The cabin is conveniently located in the heart of the Arts and Crafts community, with several shops and restaurants. You can experience all the different handmade goods the area has to offer. With only minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, you can drive in your car or venture out in the trolley to take the sights in. You have the best of both worlds as the cabin offers the small-town feel but is so close to the sights and sounds of downtown.

Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. It provides a perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the big city crowds.

We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. As you already know, we offer a free parking spot.

Having offline Maps (process mentioned in the `Other Things to Note` category) will quickly drive around the area without getting lost.

To do this, it`s easy:

1. Open the Maps app and log in.

2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out, so the map contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don`t be afraid to zoom out because it`ll get everything in between.

3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., and select `Download Offline Map > Download.`
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, and click Download

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Dogs only with a pet fee of $200 per stay. Must be House trained and Under 20 pounds
Confirm with host before booking, certain breeds are NOT allowed.
Please do NOT allow pets on the furniture or beds. NEVER left unattended inside or outside the home. Pooping/peeing outside of the home, please pick up any poop.
ANY dogs brought without permission or that breaks any of these rules will result in a fee and dog/guests may be asked to leave the premises without refund
No shoes inside the home. No unauthorized guests allowed on the property.

Do not take out chlorinator from Hot tub. Its there for your protection and everybody else.

This property requires a $250 security deposit hold. It will be collected separately by the property 2 days prior to check in.
Guests are required to sign Rental Agreement.
