This was a wonderful place. Location was excellent! Private and a short drive to all activities. The cabin was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Virginia was a great help with directions. We would love to return!!

Close to everything, but a feel of being far away from the hustle and bustle! Very nice cabin with all that you need for a great stay! A great place to get away to and enjoy the mountains!

The cabin was perfect for our family of four! The beds were very comfortable, and the quiet nights made for great sleep and relaxation. We had great family time in the spa, playing pool, and with the game table. The kitchen was nicely stocked to be able to make the simple meals we planned. It is a beautiful cabin!

Perfect Getaway Spot

This cabin was wonderful. It is secluded but not too far from town, and easy to find. It is so peaceful. The cabin was decorated beautifully, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. My family would gladly stay here again.

Another great stay

This is our third year staying at this cabin, and we'll be back again next year! We love being so close to Gatlinburg and the park, while also being able to escape from some of the crowds. The cabin is wonderful and the host always ensures we enjoy our stay.

We loved the easy living of this cabin. The privacy of the deck and quiet neighborhood. The local bears wandering by each evening were a fun bonus!

Amazing, close location to Gatlinburg and lots of trails. The property is beautiful and the host Virginia has the place set up for an easy relaxing getaway. Plenty of kitchen supplies in pots/pans and coffee maker along with kuriege. We’ve never stayed somewhere that was so well stocked. Virginia, the property host, really goes above and beyond with communication. Helped with some great recommendations and was super responsive ready to help in any way to make sure we had a great trip. Thanks Virginia and can’t wait for our next trip here!

Another wonderful vacation

We've enjoyed staying at Jackalopia for the past 4 years now! Every year we love the relaxing cabin. It's in such a great location, out of the busy areas of Gatlinburg, but close enough for a short drive to the GSM park, downtown Gatlinburg, and even Dollywood! Our family loves hanging out in the hot tub, playing arcade games, and just chilling out at the cabin.

All We Needed!

Perfect cabin between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to explore and enjoy the area. Comfortable furnishings/beds after our long days out. Stocked well, even with k-cup coffee :)

Relax & Enjoy the mountains!

Accommodating host, beautiful cabin and very clean. We stayed five nights and enjoyed the view, deck gliders, hot tub, pool table, arcade games and the overall comfort. Great get-away & enjoyed the sounds of nature.

Relaxing

We love this cabin! Relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool and Galaga. A short drive to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This was our second stay here, and we'll definitely be back!

Mountain Joys at Jackalopia

Convenience with all the amenities. Loved the location! The natural habitat and all of the wildlife we got to see ley us know we were in the wilderness of thr smokies. The view was beautiful and the privacy was a plus. If you're wanting to relax and experience the beauty and peacefulness of the Smokies, Jackalopia will provide it!

Property was perfect for our family! Clean, nicely decorated and supplied, good location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and grocery stores. Hot tub was clean and cozy at night. Saw quite a few bears one was able to get our car door open before we got the keys to lock it! We scared it away and it left peacefully, but definitely had to be aware of our surroundings coming and going to the cabin. It was a perfect weekend getaway, would definitely stay again!

PERFECTION!!

Not only was the cabin amazing, but Virginia is as well! She was very responsive and also had great suggestions on what to do in the area. The cabin is perfectly located halfway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge -- less than 30 minutes to either place. It's beautifully decorated, beds are super comfy, and has everything you need, including games and books. If you are a birder, bring your binoculars as we spotted and heard many birds. We plan on coming back to the area and will definitely be staying here again.

Private and cute!

Best decorated and clean cabin we’ve stayed in . Top notch appliances. Only negative is our check in code did not work upon arrival and we had to make phone call to rectify but it was handled quickly. We loved the privacy never stayed in this area before. Little out of town and crooked steep road to cabin but definitely worth it! Definitely would stay here again.

The cabin was very clean and organized

The cabin was beautiful and clean. It looked exactly like the picture. The host was very responsive. It did get a little cold in the cabin , felt like air was blowing out of the vents instead of heat but my overall stay was excellent I will definitely visit again.

Beautiful Winter Views

This cabin is first class and the views are awesome. We rolled the dice and stayed here in the winter and had the unfortunate outcome of record lows that interrupted travel and froze many water lines in the area. Despite that we thoroughly enjoyed this cabin and commend the owner for being a most gracious host.
