First and foremost our host, Justin, was great. I had a couple questions after booking and he responded quickly. The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need to cook and play. The pool table was a big hit! The location is very close to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the parks. Can't wait to come back!

This was our second time staying at mountains 4 miles & we loved it for our family of five adults & two teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space & great game room for everyone to gather & have fun. Rooms were very clean, kitchen was well stocked & great communication with our host. We will definitely stay here again!

This cabin was clean, nicely furnished and spacious. Communication was good. I’ve stayed in different cabins from this owner and they have all been 10’s. We had a bear visit daily, or more. I got a 3 minute video of a bear directly below our back porch; nibbling at vegetation, scratching fleas, and investigating. National Geographic quality, as he was only about 8 feet away, straight down from us. We had bear paw (mud) prints on car doors but no entry or damage. Caution that the complex is a little tricky to find. The turn off Wiley Oakley simply says “Private Drive” and does not offer a street name. You do need to be bear-aware going to or from your car. But with proper precaution, this is a great place to stay.

Cousins Getaway
My cousins and I decided to meet up midway between Missouri and North Carolina. I found this house and it was perfect. As all adults, we needed plenty bedrooms and bathrooms. The decks on the back were where we spent every morning talking.The house was well equipped with anything we could have needed. I was unsure about the roads getting to it, but it was easy to navigate. We were close to Gatlinburg, and just a drive away from Pigeon Forge. The view was absolutely stunning from all decks.The highlight was seeing bears everyday. I would have been happy with one but was over the moon at seeing one everyday. This is the perfect place to see them. We have already talked about going back!!Thank you for an amazing vacation for me and my cousins to be able to reconnect!

Wonderful place!
The home was perfect for our family of three adults & two kids. Plenty of room, kitchen well stocked, very clean, comfortable beds & the location is great. Awesome views of the mountains! The homeowner was quick to respond & check in was very easy. Overall, great place & we would stay there again!

Black bear encounter
Property was easy to find and in a perfect location for both Gatlingburg and the Smoky Mountains trails.With a party of five, the house was spacious, comfortable and very homely and after a day’s hiking was a welcome retreat to come back to.Despite the cold and wet weather, it was nice to spend time in the hot tub followed by a few games of pool in the evening.Would certainly book again if we visit the area in the future.And yes, on our last day we saw a female black bear and her three cubs which was a perfect end to a great stay.
