We really enjoyed this condo. The location was perfect for our needs. Our most favorite part of the whole condo was the large balcony. It was so relaxing to sit there and listen to the creek flowing down below. The only issue we had was that was communication over a package we needed delivered. We accidentally left a piece of a medical device at home, and we texted the late the first night. Right away the host texted right back explaining that if we ordered it that we would have it delivered because there was no option for a mailbox. So, by default it would be delivered to the door of the condo. The next day we looked for the package that said it was delivered to the mailbox. The office didn't have it, and it wasn't at the door. The next day the office ladies asked the mail lady for the package, and she had put it in the mailbox. The host had me looking for a lockbox that wasn't there and even gave me a code for said lockbox. Needless to say, the host had no clue how the delivery system worked, which cost us a whole extra day without this needed device. It was a big deal because it made for a stressful situation without that device. I would rent this condo again, but I would make extra sure I didn't leave a possible lifesaving piece of equipment behind. Also, the fan in the master bedroom was so loud, along with the HVAC. It took time getting used to it in order to sleep. All-in-all we enjoyed our vacation and the condo.
