I arrived at 12:35 .From another Hotel from hell..a added a very bad experience.for example waiting 4 hours for my room. I both breakfast coupons on the website same time that i book for my 3 day's reservation.. Only us 3 out of 6 i was stuck at the front desk for 4 hours waiting for my room keys .the people working at The Best Western have no people

This hotel is supposed to be dog friendly but there’s no place to eat with our dog since the restaurant dont accept them. It would be nice to have a Little place to eat with our dog. We cannot let them in our room. I had to let my dog in the car when i was having breakfast.
