Your cozy getaway awaits in Finleyville at this lovely house. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this adorable property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, one tub and a hair dryer. Plus, there's an additional basement space with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. There is lots to do as we have turned the 2 car garage into a game room. We have one on one basketball, ping pong, air hockey and darts. We also have a Helix lateral trainer if you want to do a little exercising during your stay. On the main level we have a multi game arcade machine in the sunroom for two players. We also have a Scrabble coffee table in the living room and, in the basement, there is an assortment of board games and card games in the cabinet under the tv for your use. We are only 30-40 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and 20 minutes to Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, Nearby Trax Farms and Mingo Creek County Park offers family fun year round. We hope you enjoy what our home, Finleyville and the surrounding Pittsburgh area has to offer.

Great house!! Our family had plenty of space in this beautifully decorated home. Everything you could want in a house from the fully equipped kitchen to the fun game room to the huge master suite. Convenient to sites in the Pittsburgh area too! The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. We will absolutely stay here again when we travel to the Pittsburgh area.

If we could give more, we would!We stayed here for a partial family reunion/hockey tournament and this house was perfect for both relaxing and regrouping.Communication was absolutely top-notch — Diane was quick to reply, super supportive, and genuinely kind. You can tell she takes great pride in making guests feel at home.The house itself? Beautiful, spotless, and exactly as pictured — maybe even better. Tastefully decorated, full of cozy touches, and packed with entertainment options; tons of board games, skill games and TVs for every viewing preference. If you’re board it’s your fault!The kitchen was a dream — not just the basics, but thoughtful extras like foil, zipper bags, paper plates, and napkins. Tons of cookware, serving pieces, and even two gravy boats!Cleaning and paper supplies were plentiful, and appreciated. The master suite was massive. The shower could fit a small team, the water pressure was great. The bed was wonderfully firm with super soft sheets and pillows for every preference. All the rooms were comfortable and well supplied. And with in demand hot water, we had all three showers going and no one ran out!The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and with the house backing up to the woods, it felt private and relaxing — the perfect end to busy hockey days.We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Truly 5 stars — and if we could give more, we would!

The pictures don’t due this site justice. The house was perfect for coming into town for a wedding, very comfortable and the wooded view from the master was great to wake up to before jumping into that huge rainfall shower. The location is quiet and safe. We’ll definitely book this again when we come to visit.
