The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, perfect for additional guests, along with a flat screen TV and air conditioning. This convivial space opens directly onto a private balcony of 6 m2, furnished with balcony furniture for outdoor relaxation. The 1 bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and restful sleeping environment. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, providing a practical and elegant cooking area.
