The apartment Xenia is a spacious and charmingly furnished first floor apartment in a multi-party house with direct access to the communal garden - ideal for families or small groups of up to six people. With a living area of around 90 m², three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for shared experiences and individual retreats.

The bright living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a dining area in the bay window and cable TV, creating a homely atmosphere. The furnishings combine traditional, rustic elements with modern accents and invite you to linger - whether for convivial evenings or relaxed reading sessions.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils and crockery allow for comfortable cooking even on vacation.
