Very worn out property. Found a dead bug when I pulled down the sheets. Shower had significant grout mold. 2 night minimum stay and cancellation policy weren't clesr when I booked last minute. Checked out 1 day less than reserved. Was charged for the night we did not stay. Desk staff was inflexible on their policy. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Ocean view from our room with 2 queen beds and kitchenette was awesome. Took great pictures of the Arch Rock and high tide. Lady at front desk did not leave good first impression with all her rules but at checkout she was cordial. The grounds were dirty but the room was updated. It's an older Motel. Good stay for the money.

The Lady at check in was great!!!! The two amenities that I wanted and chose on my trip was a Kitchenette and Balcony and what turned out was a Kitchenette with very old (at least 20 years) skillets that couldn't be cleaned. There was NO Balcony and what they were referring to was the Corridor out front that everyone used to get to their rooms. The ceiling fan was full of dirt/dust (would love to attach a picture). Not impressed.

Good stay, steps from the beach. Had a ocean side room that was very nice. Bed was a little lumpy. Upon check out on Oct 5, I was going to grab some coffee in the lobby (a coffee machine is in the lobby) I was told by the woman at the desk "there's no coffee, I just got in and I don't want to make any" . Overall the property was nice, good value for a beachside hotel.

Loved the beach views and access although there is no balcony. The property was near to the town shops and near to the main beach area where there was a kite festival. Other than the great location, the room was standard with most standard features. Check-in and parking were easy.

I love that it’s right on the beach and every room has an unobstructed beach view. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. The WiFi connection was poor and I ended up using a personal hotspot. Not adequate for working or streaming programs. Otherwise it was fine. I will stay here again. Good value for the money.

Walked in and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. Stains on sofa, burnt grime on stove top, back door leading to beach was not locked. Went to check for bed bugs and pulled the sheets back only to find nasty stains on both sides of the bed. I mean stains that had not been thru the laundry. Disgusting. We had reservations for 2 nights. Could not stay in that room. They gave us a different room for 1 night which was better but not much. No fitted sheets on any beds. They did give us a full refund with the 1 night at no cost since there was nowhere for us to go. They put 0 into maintenance. The place is falling apart. What a shame to have a place in such a great location with no upkeep and falling apart and filthy
