Hoot Owl Cabins -Incredible Lakefront Cabin PLUS a 2nd Tiny Home
Impeccably designed from front to back! Both of these homes, one small cabin with room to sleep up to 7 and one official "TINY" home that will sleep 2 adults. There is a Queen size bed on the main level along with a Queen futon, with 2 ladders that will take you to either a twin bed loft or a King bed loft. For safety reasons, we suggest that little kids need to sleep in the Queen bed or futon on the main level.
The additional tiny home has plenty of space for a couple (2 adults max) to enjoy a peaceful escape to Beaver Lake. Beautifully decorated and amazingly comfortable. The kitchen is generously equipped with everything you need.
This is a very rural area of the lake. It is quiet and provides lots of wildlife to watch.
There are concrete stairs down to the shoreline making it so easy for everyone to enjoy the water. There is a nice deck overlooking the water and a propane grill or cooking outdoors. The fire pit is on the shoreline.
You will be impressed with this unique lake experience. This is all about making memories.
This property has a steep winding paved driveway. We highly recommend all-wheel, front-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles. Trailers cannot be taken down the driveway (no place to turn around at the bottom), but there is a parking area for trailers at the top of the drive, across the road.

Our family of 6 was schedule for a Friday night through Monday for Memorial Day weekend. We did not arrive until about 4am Saturday morning due to 2 different blowouts on the boat trailer in route! Once we arrived the cabin temperature was semi cool and we were tired! Next day once we got up, we went out on the lake for the majority of the day. When we arrived back to the cabin, the temperature in the cabin was very hot (80+ degrees). We called the management company and the owner came over to look at the ac units. Very nice guy and he felt the reason the units were not cooling was due to the filters not being appropriately cleaned, so he cleaned them and asked we give the units time to catch up. That night the weather was a bit warmer and there was not much sleep, units never caught up. Next morning we hit the lake again with the same scenario when returning for the evening, very warm inside the cabin. Again called the management company and the owners came over again. This time the owner was unable to determine the cause of the AC issue and turned the units off. They provided us fans and asked that we open the windows. I asked about the second cabin and if the air worked in the second cabin. The owner explained that the air did work but expressed the cabin only had one bed and one bathroom and there was no kids allowed so we could not have the key to the second unit I thought we had already paid for based off the online posting. Long story short, very beautiful lake, nice owners, the online advertising is not what you are paying for! Hope the AC gets fixed!
