Great Location

We love Jamaica Beach and this house was the perfect spot! We loved being able to walk to the beach and we appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the home. We’d love to return for another stay

Great weekend get-away!

Loved the location and layout of this beach house. A very short walk to the beach! Home has a great layout for several people to stay, sleep comfortably, and have privacy/own space. The upper deck is awesome with tons of room for eating, laying in the sun, playing games, or just sitting to enjoy the sunset and sound of the beach.

Great location/ very clean

The space was very welcoming and clean. The area felt very safe. They even had the porch lights on in case we arrived later in the day and the bathroom fabs were on to ensure the house smelled fresh and clean. Would love to book this place again in the future.

2nd row beach getaway

This house worked great for our family for a weekend birthday getaway. We had 2 couples, 4 adults and a 2½ year old for which the space worked out great. We were steps from the beach and 20-30 minutes to the Strand. The host communicated well. We left some sugar for the next guests!

Beach house

The view is amazing and the house is set up great! With a huge wrap around porch and lots of chairs. The house is nice and a clean set up. The flooring throughout the downstairs is completely falling apart and we couldn’t walk around barefoot without getting pieces in our feet. . I am really let down about that.

Great location, cool house

Lovely porch, furniture and kitchen appliances new and well stocked with everything we needed. The upstairs gets warm but with the fans and AC it was perfect for sleeping. Our family of two adults and a 4 yr old and 7 year old loved the house and location!

Great family getaway!

The house was perfect for a family vacation at Christmas. The location is great, away from the hustle of Galveston but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and shops. The home is well maintained with easy access to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice beach house

The beach house was clean and comfortable and conveniently located. Great spot for visiting the beach. It was pretty quiet, not many people out while i was there. Nice deck to sit or lay out on. Has a couple places to eat and a convenient store in walking distance.

Jamaica Beach Stay

Great property located a stone’s throw from the beach. This place was perfect for us. We spent most of the time on the beach. It was great to be able to walk back and forth with the little ones for nap times. The deck was awesome to enjoy both early morning and in the evening. Great communication with the host. We would book here again.

Water Damage

Firstly, the location of the house is spot on. walking distance to the beach and quick drive to the store. Couldnt ask for a better location. The kids loved the bunk beds upstairs. The main issue I had was that the floors were damaged at some point by water as they were peeling up in the kitchen and living room. This caused my older parents to trip a few times and letting the toddlers walk around the house was stressful because of the sharp flooring. Water damage on the walls aswell from the skylight it seems. I felt this should have been relayed to us beforehand. Also, the wifi did not work for the 3 days we were there which made getting the kids to settle down before bed a struggle. Someone should have checked that the wifi was working before we checked in. Other than that, the house was awesome and a great location. But for the amount of money we spent to rent it, the floors is just unacceptable for me.
