We booked this house for its canal view and that they had a fence for our dog. We were very pleased with the downstairs. We enjoyed a beautiful day with the perfect weather by watching football and playing cornhole while the dog ran around. The upstairs balcony was the perfect place for us to enjoy coffee in the morning. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, so much so that I ended up not using some of the supplies I brought. This was nice since some houses are not as stocked with items you might need. The house had plenty of room for the 6 adults we had. We love Sea Isle and have rented here numerous times, but this was our first time at this house. Overall, a great house with a great location. Exactly as described.

Great house in the best neighbor on the island. They have it all! Water toys, beach toys, fishing lights, spices, appliances, you name it, they have it. The house was super clean and fresh for our arrival. Highly recommend!

The “Reel” Deal

1st time experience & won't be the last!

This property was exactly as described! It's beautiful and had everything we needed and more! For the outside, there were multiple water toys, fishing pier, outdoor bathroom and grills, and nighttime lighting. Inside, there were 3-bedrooms (separate quarters, perfect for multi-family units), plenty of seating for relaxing and hanging out, and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean, neat, and had a great beachy feel. Plus, they're dog friendly! The host kept in contact and responded quickly. They are super sweet and understand,10/10! Thank you for all the beautiful memories!

Felt Like Home with VIP Treatment!

We had an incredible stay at Keepin’ It Reel! The owners were beyond communicative and thoughtful, making our family get-together so special. They went above and beyond by leaving New Year’s Eve napkins, plates, and festive decor for our celebration—such a kind touch!We were also thrilled to find everything we needed for our seafood boil, including those big trays that made cleanup a breeze. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the entire house just felt like home.The owners treated us like VIPs, and it’s clear they care about every detail of their guests’ experience. Our whole family loved it, and we’ll absolutely be back again! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Great place - look no further.

This home and the host are amazing. Everything you need and or would want is there. We’ve actually booked this house twice. Beds are comfortable, showers amazing, fully stocked kitchen. And the outside is just as good. Our dog loves the fenced in yard. There’s corn hole, kayaking and paddle boards to use. A nice grill with great furniture to hangout on the water. Beach access is a couple minutes away. I rent a lot on VRBO, and love trying different places but this gem you will be a repeat like me. AC works great too. The access to a bathroom while you are downstairs is great for those who don’t want to go up. If we could give 10 stars we would.

One of the Best in Sea Isle

This is our 4th stay at "Keepin it Reel" and it never disappoints! The house is stunning, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The A/C in the master bedroom is phenomenal, and the beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. My husband is absolutely in love with the outdoor shower – it's such a unique and enjoyable feature. The hosts are amazing, always communicative, and they go above and beyond to provide extras that you won't find in other rentals. The attention to detail and the thoughtfulness in making guests feel at home truly sets this property apart. "Keepin it Reel" is hands down one of the best in Sea Isle. We can't wait to return!

The best

Beautiful property but the aspects that make it stand out from the rest were the exceptional cleanliness, immediate and thorough communication directly with the owners, all the extras. Amazing Family Getaway

The pictures of the property are accurate and reliable. The house was cleaned and prepared earlier than the check in time and the owners were in constant communication. If you have a family with kids and you do not want to pack up a car load of items for a beach trip, this is the house for you. It was fully equipped with any and everything you could need for a family weekend to the beach. It had amazing sitting spaces inside and out and all of the grilling equipment was high quality and excellently maintained. All of the toys (kayaks, lillipad, crab traps, beach toys) were easy to access and put up at the end of your trip. The inside was extremely clean and well supplied as well, with tons of little things that made the house special. We will 100% be going back to this one.

Sweet Retreat

Our family and bonus kiddos had a last minute Spring Break getaway to this home and it was a perfect retreat. The pictures do not do it justice, although they are beautiful too. It’s a perfect cozy home, beyond equipped for anything all you could need. I am an avid renter on Vrbo and this was one of our best experiences to date in terms of hospitality.
