Great potential, but too many problems
Nice property with an good setup that could have been fantastic had everything worked.Issues: 1) The pool pump was not working before we arrived, we were told the day of arrival and while by the time we arrived, the pool was very dirty and cloudy the entire stay. 2) One of the two showers was not working the first day. We had a group of 12 people and the use of only one shower was not fun. 3) The main kitchen on the ground floor (pool/patio/entertaining floor) was not working and could not be used. This was one of the main reasons we selected this property, to enjoy the patio/pool, cook and hangout. They never answered our requests to turn on the appliances and never explained why they were turned off in the first place. The posting clearly advertises this kitchen as a main selling point and they confirmed it should be working when we told them it wasn't, but did nothing about it.4) The dryer did not work, so we had damp towels we attempted to dry outside.They did reimburse 400, but that didn't seem worth it given the issues.
