Relax in this spacious historical bungalow with huge kitchen, large living area, large bedrooms, office, and playroom. Ample parking in the long double driveway. All bedrooms with blackout blinds. All linens and and beach towels provided. Well stocked kitchen for cooking big family meals with high end appliances.

Located in midtown, just a few minutes to beach, cruise line, Moody Gardens, the Strand, Convention Center, all the restaurants, or anywhere else you want to go on the island.

A charcoal grill is provided. Guest provides charcoal. Both 12 cup coffeemaker and Keurig provided along with coffee and a starter pack of pods.

Laundry pods and dishwasher pods also provided.

All reservations will be sent a renter agreement to sign which states that you agree to our no parties, pets, or smoking policy. A security deposit hold of $300 will be charged by owner which will be released 3 days after your stay.

We are API integrated through a third party platform, AirBnB allows this. It's just a $300 hold on the card during your stay, and will be released after checkout. You can view this help article and verify that API integrated accounts are able to collect renter agreements and security deposits. We are 5* and SuperHost status and it's only a short hold on your card, not a charge. :-) We use a hosting platform (OwnerRez) and require it prior to releasing the door codes.
