Great private beach access. About 30 min from Galveston. Nice house with updated kitchen. The master bathroom is nice, but the second bathroom is a bit dated. Outside shower has warm water, which is nice. Sufficient deck chairs to sit outside comfortably with a group. Living room is a bit dated but large enough for our group of 6. Good size dining table for meals at the house.

Nice place with beach views and access. Nice location -- quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The VRBO listing could have been clearer about a couple of points including the fact that this is NOT a NEW beach front home. The listing on VRBO indicates that Beach Towels and Towels are provided. That is untrue. Beach towels are not provided. Removing beach towels from the listed amenities would make the listing more accurate. The host was responsive after some initial glitches with the hosts auto-generated text messages. The kitchen was wll stocked and useful.

Great holiday get away on the beach! Host was super responsive and helpful!Had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. We walked the beach each day -super convenient to walk downstairs and be on the sand in minutes! Enjoyed being on the less crowded part of the island. Within 15-20 minutes, we could be back to the sea wall and all the restaurants and attractions. Palmetto Osteria was a favorite. It was a perfect getaway in a perfect beach house!

This was the perfect place to enjoy the beach up close or from the decks of the house. It's so nice having a quiet, uncrowded beach area to relax! Beds were comfy and the living room setup made for fun movie nights where all the streaming services are available. Restaurants and quick shops are an easy 5 - 15 minute drive. The house was clean, well furnished, and easy to find. Views and sounds of the ocean are good from both decks, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Location is great, easy to find, and felt very safe for 3 women traveling/staying together. Host management company communication was easy, helpful, and polite.

Great views of the Gulf of America! The decks were great way to enjoy the waves. A couple of things to note. The house sits on the island's main road. The road noise from the main bedroom is noticeable. Turning on a sound machine app helped. Also we had trouble with deliveries from Amazon, Doordash and USPS. These services could not find the listed address. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this home again.

Great beach getaway

Besides the doors being very difficult we had a wonderful trip thanks to this beach house. Checkout should be at 11 but everything was very nice with the view and easy access to the beach

Great Location

We loved the location and our time here. We would definitely stay here again. The house could have been a little cleaner. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean but door knobs, light switches and refrigerator handles were very dirty and sticky.

Great

The house was pretty comfortable. The beds were all comfortable the bathrooms are good size and the kitchen is great. The decks was definitely the best spot of the house. Only a few issues. The knifes were all dull and the can openers need to be replaced. Nothing to clean the counters and floors with. The master shower doors leak water really bad. Would definitely stay there again!

Beach front

The property is great. Right on the beach with amazing views. The kitchen is all modern appliances. It's not a large house square footage wise, but feels very roomy. Laid out well. The main deck is fully covered so if it rains you can still sit outside. The upper deck is great for tanning. We have staued in much larger houses in the atea, bit this is our favorite. Will definitely come back.
