The guests have full access to their unit. The backyard is shared with guests in other units of the home.
The laundry room is shared with the studio, but you have free access to use at any time!

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the beautiful Historic District, a quiet, friendly neighborhood bustling with architecture resembling that of Old Style New Orleans! Homes in the area were built from the mid-1800s, to the early 1900s, with slight renovations to keep them well-maintained!
The neighborhood is in a walkable area, located just a half-mile from the Seawall and beach with great local restaurants and bars!
Getting Around:
There is free street parking on the entire street around the house, as well as parking on premises.
We are close to many major restaurants in the area, just a mile and a half to The Historic Strand, and a half mile to the Public beach!
We have a go-to driver that we can provide shuttles to and from both the Hobby Airport and IAH as well as the cruise terminals!
Other Things to Note:
This unit is part of a home with three different units. If you need additional space for more of your family or guests, please reach out and I'd be happy to help you get another unit booked!

Safe, pretty, quiet. Excellent location to get to the seawall and the strand. Nice outdoor area for my morning coffee. They have thought of everything! Snacks, towels and extra blankets. Plus easy parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay
The house is beautiful and very clean. Very roomy and Well decorated. Beds very comfortable and love the shower! Thank you checking in on us. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.
