The hotel seems to be under some remodeling and it needs it! The rooms are very clean and the bed and furniture, etc. are all fine. It's the actual rooms that just feel dingy. The pool area was definitely a disappointment. Surrounded by the parking lot and very small.

This place was dirty. There was no hot water. The roo. Smelled musty. Wont book this place again.

The staff here seems annoyed to be bothered with any questions. Yet they give you no hotel info when checking in. The area where they keep the coffeemaker in our room was never cleaned or replenished when we checked in. Called front desk and housekeeping came with just coffee (no creamer, sugar or extra cups). We felt we were bothering the staff by asking them to do their job. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are mostly clean (they could have done a better job but it wasnt too bad). Water pressure was not good. There is no way to darken your room. There is just a sheer curtain that comes down but the light (streetlight right outside our window) shines right in and the thick curtains dont close. No free breakfast. They charge $10/ea for a terrible breakfast buffet. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The rooms are large. They charge $50 deposit to your credit card which i have never heard of. Im guessing that will have to be disputed to get it taken off. There are a ton of hotels in the area. This is not one of the good ones. We will not be staying here again.

Liked location. Also liked the look of the property. Diskikes: some of the finishes in the room need to be fixed - chipped walls in some areas; not much counterspace in bathroom; bathroom door swings out directly in front of armoire, which doesn't leave much space to walk out unless you swing door all the way open. Other than that, great place. Have stayed here before.

Great staff, comfy beds and fantastic location! Would stay here again. If I had to nitpick on something it would be be the birds that overwhelmed the parking lot.

I didn’t divert it did not work properly half the water drained out of the spigot enough the shower never got a properly fixed and the two days were there noise due to construction in the building

This is not a hotel at all. It's would be better if they rented out for offices. The manager Gloria the worst person I have ever talked to in my life. She had really really bad attitude with a guests specially who ask a question about there room cleanliness. So picture tells the truth and I'll post all the pictures for future guests. This is what happened to me my wife and our 5 and 2 years old Childers when we stayed here by mistake. We booked ocean view room but they put us in a non ocean view room and we had a lot of problem when we tried to figured it out why they put us in a room without ocean view. We spend 47 minutes on the phone with orbitz and with the hotel front desk but no solution. Not even an apology. They are a liar and disrespectful towards their guest. After staying there we all got sick and return to our home. At the first night in our room there was a bad smell and we couldn't figure it out what was it and we decided it was just a dust because our nose was stuffed. But we couldn't even sleep and then we reached out the front desk and ask to do something about the smell and the respond was to downgrade our room and when we asked if we get a refund for the difference the respond was a very disappointed. So we hoped the next day the smell would go away after they clean the room. when we came back after spending the day at the beach and doing a lot of fun things with our kids. There was lunch in refrigerator apparently left by previous guests. And it smelled!!! Should have been cleaned.

The property was clean in the rooms. You could tell that it was old but they keep it nice and fresh with everything they could. I would stay there again for the price and location. The staff was very friendly.

After having to switch rooms twice due constant high pitched sound in one room and non functioning phone, to room looking as if wasn’t cleaned properly and someone’s clothes still hanging in the closet and a non functioning phone, I was offered a third room but I chose to switch to another hotel. It seemed I was not the only one having issues my room that evening, others were coming to the front desk complaining. This hotel needs serious repIrs and a overhaul. Rooms are dark and dingy looking. I will never choose a Sheraton hotel again.

I did NOT like the fact that they had to change my room because it wasn't ready and cleaned.

When checking in the staff was rude to us. Never told us where to park, where our room was or what time check out was. They acted like we were a bother to them just by checking in.

I didn’t like the staff was unfriendly. They did not inform me we would have to check out and check back in then called the room and asked us if we were gonna leave.

The room was clean. The staff was pleasant, Jennifer checked us in and during our 3 day stay went above and beyond to be helpful. I was under the impression however that our stay included a continental breakfast, it did not. Tyring to watch the tv proved to be a challenge due to some kind of digital connectivity problems. Since that was not the reason for our visit i did not mention it.

In need of a serious remodel. My favorite is the giant neon Bud Light sign that welcomes you as you enter front lobby. Restaurant service was a joke. One person there. Closed and opened when they felt like it. Pool was decent. Views were ok but no balconies and windows are so dirty that you can’t see much out of them. I would stay over by the strand and just Uber to the beach and back. Or walk if it’s cool enough. Grab an area with umbrellas and you’re set!
