***MAX CAPACITY IS 14 people, at all times at the house. If you exceed, we will charge $60 per person per night between 3pm and 11am.

NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOME but 2 cameras inside garage , 7 cameras OUTSIDE , 1 front door, 1 back door, 2 driveway, 1 outside gate , 1 right side, 1 left side of the house. All outside cameras can actively 24/7 record sounds, photos, videos.

We ONLY place camera devices in public, common areas such as garage, EXTERIOR boundary, front entrance door, back exit door, driveway, gates , left-right sides of the house , etc , for safety.

We NEVER/ DO NOT place cameras in your private bedrooms. EACH CAMERA FLASHES TO PUBLICLY INFORM YOU THAT THE PUBLIC AREA IS 24/7 RECORDING.

DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY IN GALVESTON TEXAS THAT USES THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY, AM/PM UPSCALE according to the listing. On Labor Day weekend 2025 I rented this listing from Fri to Mon. I rented an extra night (Fri) so that we could arrive early on Saturday because the boys played a football game Fri night. I was the only adult and had 3 vehicles, 500 of groceries and 8 - 15/16 year old boys. I wish I could have posted more than only 8 photos so you could read how rude and argumentative they were via text. I posted all my messages that I entered on VRBO but could only post one of our text messages. You’ve been warned regarding this management company
