Really great spot. Daniela was very communicative and helpful, she met us on arrival to show us the apartment, and had left us some fruit and snacks which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is very comfortable and in a good location. Parking on the street was easy. It was warm in the bedrooms, but there were fans which assisted.

A 2 minute walk to the Ionian Sea

We loved the responsiveness of Fabio and the spaciousness of the property So close to the water with expansive views from the living room We were there during the heat dome of July 2023 A difficult time to visit. Perhaps it would be useful to have a fan supplement to the air conditioning Otherwise perfect!

Bellissimo appartamento a Gallipoli

Appartamento molto spazioso con 3 camere e 3 bagni ed una zona giorno con cucina molto grande. Adatta per famiglie con bambini. A due passi dal mare con scogli e da uno splendido tramonto. La zona è residenziale e si trova facilmente parcheggio.supermercato nelle vicinanze della struttura.

Très bel appartement confortable avec vue sur mer

Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Daniela et son conjoint. Ils avaient préparé des amuse-gueules, nous ont donné une bouteille de vin et de l'eau. Beaucoup de petites attentions. Ils sont super accueillants. L'appartement et très lumineux, spacieux et très confortable. Les baies vitrées très grandes permettent une très belle vue sur la mer, malgré l'immeuble adjacent qui cache un tout petit peu. Le lit de la grande chambre fait 2m sur 2 et est très confortable. L'appartement correspond bien à la description. Super communication avec les propriétaires. A propos de la région: Les Pouilles sont très belles, les plages, Lecce et Otranto sont particulièrement intéressantes. Deux points sont à regretter en novembre: un certain nombre de monuments sont fermés et la fermeture de la majorité des monuments entre midi et 15H ou 16H alors que le soleil se couche à 16H30 est vraiment très très dommage. Par contre même si la mer est un peu froide, nous nous sommes baignés plusieurs fois.

Appartement très lumineux avec vue sur mer. Accueil très chaleureux avec panier de bienvenue de produits locaux. Propriétaires très disponibles et arrangeants. Nous avons passer un séjour très agréable dans une région magnifique où même début octobre les plages sont dignes des Caraïbes.

Casa bella e in un'ottima posizione

Casa grande, fresca, con 3 bagni completi e proprietari gentilissimi. Ottima posizione vicino al centro di Gallipoli ma comunque fuori la confusione, strategica per girare diversi posti nel Salento. Bellissimo il salone con una vetrata che guarda direttamente la baia di Rivabella. E' stato un piacere :)

Casa stupenda con una vista mozzafiato

I miei amici ed io abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Daniela e Giacomo la seconda settimana di agosto. Quando siamo arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio ci hanno accolto con una colazione di benvenuto, dimostrandosi subito ospitali e accoglienti con noi. Ci hanno fatto fare il tour della casa che è decisamente ampia, luminosa, moderna e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per poter passare una vacanza in tranquillità. Ciò di cui ci siamo subito innamorati è stata la vista favolosa sul mare di Gallipoli, la casa infatti è a pochi passi da una spiaggia con mare cristallino dove si può fare il bagno con un tramonto favoloso. La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima sia per fare una passeggiata nel cuore di Gallipoli, sia per raggiungere le più belle spiagge della zona. Ringrazio davvero di cuore Daniela e Giacomo per averci ospitati nella loro casa con così tanto calore.

Sentirsi a casa ❤️

Posto semplicemente fantastico! L'appartamento é situato in zona residenziale,tranquilla,pulita e per questo il parcheggio non necessita di estenuanti ricerche. A quindici minuti a piedi dal centro (via Roma),una piacevole passeggiata tra negozi e bar che ti porta fino al centro storico di Gallipoli;ad un passo dalle più belle spiagge salentine. La casa...riduttivo chiamarla così,é una "reggia" che combina perfettamente uno stile moderno,caldo e greco...tre stanze,tre bagni (tutti con una propria identitá,distinti da colori,mosaici,piastrelle,..),una cucina a cui non manca nulla (contenitori,stoviglie,pentole,tutto ciò che viene in mente insomma),salotto che ti fa dimenticare di non essere a casa tua (divano,tv schermo piatto,decoder,condizionatore,tavola da pranzo). In conclusione,non per importanza,un posto nel cuore sará sempre per Daniela e Giacomo,due persone fantastiche,una mamma ed un papá,due "compagni di gioco"...felici di averli conosciuti.

Casa da sogno, vista spettacolare ad un passo dal centro Di Gallipoli

Grandi spazi e ambienti curati nei minimi dettagli. L'appartamento, totalmente ristrutturato, gode di una vista stupenda sul mare grazie all'ampia vetrata che circonda tutto il soggiorno. Posizione ottima per chi vuole essere ad un passo dal centro di Gallipoli senza rinunciare alla comodità del parcheggio sotto casa e ai colori del sole che si affaccia sul mare. Proprietari davvero ospitali e accoglienza salentina a 5 stelle. Daniela una potenza della natura e una carica di energia positiva proprio come questa città e come il Salento.

Un piccolo gioiello nel cuore del Salento

Abbiamo soggiornato nella proprietà della Signora Daniela a Gallipoli la prima settimana di Agosto, in 4 persone. Possiamo dire di aver "inaugurato" la casa, in quanto siamo stati i primi ospiti tramite HomeHolidays (motivo per cui questa potrebbe essere la prima recensione)...ed abbiamo trovato un vero e proprio gioiellino! Posizione ottimale per spostarsi a piedi, in quanto Gallipoli vecchia è raggiungibile in meno di 15 minuti, ed anche in macchina senza trovarsi nel traffico delle ore di punta in centro e senza alcuna difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio sotto casa. Zona tranquillissima, ideale per godersi la meravigliosa vista mare dalla vetrata completamente apribile che trasforma la sala da pranzo dell'appartamento in un terrazzino in pochi secondi! L'appartamento è completamente ristruttato, con uno stile che richiama la Grecia in ogni angolo. Una sala da pranzo ed una cucina climatizzate molto spaziose, dotate di di tutte le stoviglie (e non solo) di cui si ha necessità, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla in più. 3 camere nuove ampie, tutte con pala a soffitto, e soprattutto...3 meravigliosi bagni, anche questi ristrutturati e sistemati con ogni comfort (biancheria, bagnoschiuma, etc.) Essendo stati i primi ospiti eravamo un pò titubanti, ma quello che abbiamo trovato è andato oltre alle aspettative! Una nota particolare per la Signora Daniela e per il marito: gentilissimi, ci hanno dato ogni informazione prima della partenza e ci hanno accolto in maniera familiare al nostro arrivo, sono stati dei padroni di casa eccellenti! E' stata una vacanza in Salento meravigliosa, non saremmo più voluti andare via da questa casa...assolutamente consigliatissima!
