Great Property. Exactly as Listed.

House is 3 bedrooms (king, queen, 2 doubles) and 2 bathrooms with living room, kitchen, patio, breakfast area and laundry. You also have access to the 2 car garage. It is stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in north Gainesville. The host (Jarred) is extremely responsive. Would rent again.

What a gem of a neighborhood, thank you for hosting us during an especially stressful time coming from an area having a hurricane. Everything was comfortable, easy, quiet and we loved to walk and enjoy the beautiful trees in the neighborhood.

Perfect Getaway

Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for access to springs, Temple of the Universe and Downtown Gainesville. It was a quick trip and the house accommodated our family of four, our single friend and my mother and her husband. We highly recommend this property.

Nice, roomy house

We came down to Gainesville so my huband could have surgery. The home was very roomy and provided us with a great place to live for 16 days. The only problem wwe had was a broken can opener and no dish towels. I let Lisa know our problem and within a couple of hours, both were hanging on the front door. Thank you so much, Lisa and Jarred!

Daughter’s Graduation @UF

Your home was an absolute dream! Everything was perfect! We had the best weekend with family celebrating my daughter’s graduation from UF. We had plenty of room and great memories were made! Great stay in Gainesville

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Retreat. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was very relaxing and a great spot for walks with our dog. The house was only a 10-15 minute drive to the UF campus. Jarred was a great host, contacting us during our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. The house was beautifully renovated inside and well equipped with all that we needed for cooking, grilling, and entertainment. We look forward to returning in the future.

Charming neighborhood, charming home, charming host

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice 3 bedroom home. It was the perfect size for us, our son and his family. The rooms were very comfortable, and we slept soundly. The kitchen is fully functional, though we didn’t need it, but we did make use of the fridge. The living area is spacious, which came in handy, as we spent most of one day there visiting with our family. Our host, Jarred, was very attentive and responsive. Definitely recommend and would go back.

Spacious and Beautiful House

Our family was in town for a wedding with 6 adults and 1 child needing room to dress and sleep comfortably for the 'festivities'. This house absolutely fit the bill ! The master suite is separated from the other 2-bedrooms by the livingroom/kitchen area and has it's own bathroom, sink and walk-in closet. It was big and bright and had plenty of room for all our suitcases. The other bedrooms are on the other end of the house. One of them has two beds in it which made it perfect for the family with the child. The kitchen had all the utensils and dishes we needed to make a morning breakfast casserole AND the house is just 10 min. from a Walmart for groceries and 5 min. the other way for a Starbucks. It has a nice big wooden table in the liv/dining room area where we could gather and talk. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that was easy to navigate...even in the dark when picking up late arrivals from the airport. All in all it was a Great Stay !

Clean, comfortable and well stocked rental

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very well stocked, clean and use of the garage was a huge bonus, as it rained for almost our entire stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Can’t wait to stay again!

Jarred’s place was exactly as described. VERY clean, comfortable (even the beds!), and perfect for a visit to Gainesville. The well-appointed home is in an excellent location on a quiet street. The space was thoroughly cleaned & the yard nicely landscaped. As a host, Jarred was very thoughtful, communicative, and assured we had everything needed for our stay. We will definitely visit again!
