We only stayed here for one night when passing through Gabarone. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was spacious and clean but the bathroom was in need of some maintenance. The toilet seat was loose and the bath was cracked. The food was only average and the chicken in the chicken curry was tough. The dining room could have used a coat of paint.

I have stayed there twice within the past year and was totally satisfied on both occasions. At the price, it makes total sense to stay here. Staff are excellent, food is good, and rooms are very nice and well appointed.

I recently stayed at the Cresta Lodge for four days while at a conference in Gaborone. The rooms were fine and comfortable and the staff were nice. It is a quiet place to stay at, there are no loud bars so a good choice in that sense. This does also mean that after about 10 at night things are pretty dead. What I was disappointed at was the very poor internet. This was an issue and I spent a lot of time trying to connect. Also the staff at the front desk had difficulty even calling a taxi as they for some reason could not use the phone. A kind member of staff would need to use his/her mobile. I also spent 40mins waiting on one day for the cab they called to turn up. So while the hotel is fine, it is details such as these that would need to be improved. I think I will look elsewhere when next in Gaborone.

The rooms are spacious and well ventilated making them cool. The rooms were also very clean. The staff very receptive and willing to assist all the time. Customers are even asked rooms they prefer, ie whether one wants to stay on the ground floor or upstairs.

Hotel has comfortable rooms with warm air con in which was nice since it was cool weather outside. Clean room with basic facilities. Toilet was bit small. Breakfast buffet was good, but bit cold in the morning since there seems no heating. Felt bit chilly in the lobby and restaurant.

This is one of the oldest standing hotels in town but very well maintained. The ambiance in the hotel lobby and restaurant is up to modern standards. The rooms were very comfortable, ours had a sleeper couch so my wife and I could crash in with our little ones. Room service took a bit longer than anticipated and the food, a bit on the average. Overall our stay was pleasant. On the not so positive side we had an issue with security at the gate. I accidentally left my parking card in the room and was treated like a car thief in front of my wife and kids. I even had to bribe the security guard on duty with a P20.00 because my kids were getting late for a doctors appointment. Later on I called the general manager and the poor guy was clearly shocked by the incident and evidently disappointed in the security guards unprofessionalism. I do believe he did addressed the issue there after

Cresta Lodge, great service from friendly and professional staff. Staff had noo issues assisting with pressing of shirt at 1930 on a Sunday evening. The hotel is clean and the gardens is in top condition. Rooms are well maintained.

I experienced excellent service at this hotel. From security at the gate, porters, reception through to the manager, all friendly and helpful. Close to town and main roads. Pool and gym a plus. Terrace cafe -delicious coffee!

Good sized rooms with good bedding and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom is nice but needs a good clean, perhaps an update to remove the old grout. The pool is good and clean to swim in. We didn't eat at the hotel as there is plenty of restaurants around. Easy access for a car and good safe car parking available.

Stayed for five days while on business in Gaborone, decent but not excellent. Leak in the sewer system caused some smell in the corridor where I was staying. Most of the staff was really friendly and service minded. Pool was not so clean, so never went in, however the gym was ok. Rooms comfortable, but a little wore down.
