宿泊前のフロントのコミュニケーションも良く、実際、フロントスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。ロケーションは、博多駅に近くて、近所にはコンビニもあり、とても便利でした。部屋もバスルームもちょうど良いサイズで、掃除も行き届いていました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。ただ、バスルームの壁(タイルとタイルの間)にカビがあったので、それだけ残念でした。

SHORT TRIP TO FUKUOKA

Dont compare the surrounding area with the hotel itself. The hotel is very nice and clean. its like a block away from the JR Hakata Station and maybe 10 minutes taxi ride from the Fukuoka International Airport. I should have done more homework on places in the vicinity to eat at. Right next door out of the hotels from entrance is a LAWSONS. Theres a bunch of eateries at the JR Hakata Station. The hotel staff was accomodating.

It’s a short walk from Hakata station. There’s a Lawson’s next to the hotel. Room was not big but reasonable. Will not mind being back.

Awesome place to stay

This was one block from subway entrance and 2 blocks from the main train station and bus depot. So we'll located. Has lots of food and shopping around too. Lawson is on almost every other corner so there's access to food and drink too. Overall a good location and place to stay.

The room itself was alright, but the toilet needs major improvement. The drainage hole is NOT at the lowest point of the toilet and we ended up with a mini pond. If you do not want to waddle in water, be prepared to self-sweep the water. The ventilation isn't strong either so the toilet was perpetually wet. There isn't any switch for the lights. Nobody wanted to sleep with lights on so we removed the card key from the slot to make the lights go out.
