Excellent Stay in Hakata

Arietta is excellent for short stay, within reasonable walking distance to Hakata Station. Deluxe twin room is spacious, and it will be perfect if there is a clock and drawers cabinet in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean but small room

The room was very small, it would be ok if you are staying on your own or small sized couples. I travelled with my mum, booked the room for two guests. We were ok with the double bed, but we thought it would be more comfortable if we could have separate blanket. We were told they don’t have and can not provide a extra blanket.

A good place to start your Fukuoka Stay!

Beautiful new hotel. The usual Japanese size room. Quiet location, cannot hear traffic noise. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Not far from Hakata Station, so easy to commute. Good restaurants nearby!

適度な立地とサービスの優良ホテル

博多駅筑紫口からは10分歩くが、便利で静かです。とてもいい立地です。スタッフの方は笑顔少なめですが、サービスは的確でミスはありませんでした。 あまり馴れ馴れしくされるよりはプロフェッショナル、という印象でした。 博多に行く際は、また利用するかも、と思っています。 爬虫類専門ショップ、アンテナから程近く、便利でした。 朝食が無料サービスなのも良かったですが、コロナ対応で選択肢は限られてしまいます。

部屋タイプのシャワーのみを見落として湯船につかれなかった。 もう少し表示目立つようにして欲しい。 部屋やホテル外観はモダンでおしゃれでした。 12:00チェックアウトは良い。 朝食もう少しボリュームあるとなおよし。

員工不熟悉服務流程，非但未協助客人還耽誤行程造成不便，地理位置到各購物區不方便，皆需要20分鐘以上步行路程，房間空間不大，7點才開始提供早餐。
