Nice hotel place very clean staff in all area very good and friendly.Entertaiment ok but we do our own thing. There is not a lot going on outside the hotel there is a few bars and shops close by. And there is African market Wed & Sat
We travelled as a group of x4 couples all booked separately x3 garden view, x1 sea view rooms booked as these were the last rooms available. The hotel was emailed to request rooms together or as near as possible - no response was received back from the hotel but they had actioned our request on arrival. The hotel is exceptionally clean, staff are uber friendly, polite and hard working (with exception to the two encounters experienced by one reception staff member who was extremely rude beyond belief). We had the sea view room on the front row of the beach with stunning views (room 258), it was close to all amenities and had a lovely terrace area. The food was some of the best we have experienced on an all inclusive holiday, we booked into the Asian restaurant one night but we were happy to eat in the main restaurant for the remainder of our vacation due to the quality. There were a nice mix of nationalities (German, Italian, French and English), the hotel had a dedicated children's pool with slide which enabled families to let their children be children without the risk of upsetting anyone. The hotel supported looking after the resident cats - shelters were located around the property (which gave info about how to recognise neuted cats), guests could leave cat food for them so they wouldn't go hungry, water was also left in the shelter so they didn't dehydrate.....we had to giggle as the birds found the cat food most enjoyable. The beaches were stunning, it is well worth a walk down to the rocks where you can feed the chipmunks which were adorable. There were a couple of supermarkets, shopping centres, bars & restaurants and a market x2 a week a short distance from the hotel or you could catch a bus to explore the island a little further. We would have no hesitation in returning back to this hotel again - thank you for a lovely holiday.
We have just returned from a great week at this Hotel. It's very well kept, food was great and a good variety always avaliable. Never struggled to get Sunbeds which is a big positive for me. Entertainment team were really good always happy and full of energy. Couple of moans we got beach towels from the hotel which are avaliable for a €10 deposit per towel we wrongly assumed that you would be able to change the towels daily or at least once but we were advised this would cost €1 per towel. In the evenings the Pool Bar and African Bar close at 6pm sharp which we thought was a real shame as we would have liked to sit outside and have a drink / Coffee in the last of the sun. In the evenings there are 2 bars avaliable one in which the entertainment is held so is very loud and packed you can't sit and have a chat. The only other option is the bar by the kids Pool which we named grumpy Dave's it really was awful no atmosphere really bright lights no background music and the guy behind the bar actually seemed aggrieved to be serving us drinks . We arrived at the resort quite late they were kind enough to put on a light buffet which was great. When we got into our rooms at about 11pm I was really shocked not to have a bottle of complementary bottle of water in the rooms. All in all we had a great time but with a few tweaks it could have been excellent.
Very good location, delicious food, nice and cheerful service, rooms clean every day. A lot of bars with large selection of cocktails (all incl) sea view from every room. VERY GOOD choice and vacation.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.lovely room with sea views, well worth paying for. Food was very nice, maybe a bit samey, but well cooked and always hot. Plenty of sunbeds but struggled to get umbrella,we did go to the lovely beach which had loads of sunbeds and umbrellas but the charge was 13.50 euros. I must mention the staff at this hotel they were all very nice nothing was too much trouble, they all work very hard and always had a smile for us. There are quite a few steps, but the ramps did help. The hotel was spotless and the gardens were lovely with many different trees and wonderful coloured plants.
We visited for a week between 21st and 28th May. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff could not do enough to help. The reception staff were quick to check us in, explained everything to us and were very friendly. The bar and restaurant staff worked tirelessly and the animation team didn't stop yet always had smiles on their faces and made the time to say hello. The complex is beautiful. Our room was basic but had everything in it we needed with a sea view. For the first half of the week we had no trouble getting sun loungers or a seat at the evening entertainment, however that changed and it got quite busy and we did struggle. We didn't mind though we just went down to the beach and stood up until there was a free seats in the evening. The beach is gorgeous, there is a small bar on the beach you can pay for but we just walked the few minutes up to bar Africa and made use of the all inclusive drinks to take to the beach with us. We found the food really good, there was plenty of choice and we made use of the Asian restaurant which was fantastic and also the mediteranian restaurant at the next hotel which was equally as good. The evening entertainment wasn't the best but the animation team worked hard and we just enjoyed having a drink. There is nothing around this complex, so if you are looking to go out it isn't the place for you. If You, like us just want to relax and have a peaceful holiday it is the place to go! I would recommend to anyone :)
Just come back from a week here very nice hotel all staff were really friendly and the place was spotless. Rooms are a good size and all you need in them and if you want anything extra you just have to ask and it's there. If you have mobility problems maybe look at this as it is built on a hill so you may struggle. The beach is lovely and the sea very clear and calm but it is a public beach so loungers are charged for and I think to expensive. The food in the hotel is very nice and well cooked and presented not an extensive choice but nice just the same my only criticism was that the plates were never warm and I found my food cold before I had a chance to eat it all. Drinks were quite watery but that's usual for all inclusive. The animation team were all lovely and worked very hard. Loads of sunbeds around the pool which was the coldest I've ever come across by the way but not many umberellas however it is always extremely windy so not really needed for shade but be aware of how quickly you can get burnt without realising because of the wind. All in all a great holiday.
We found this Hotel brilliant, the room was large, and it was cleaned every day, house keeping was very good, the aircon worked well and there was a ceiling fan as well. The pool area was also very good but there was a shortage of parasol's,pool towels are available from reception, €10 refundable deposit, and €1 each time you change them. The Africa bar gives a lovely view across the beach, it closes at about six pm,also handy to have a towel, some of the chairs have worn and are sharp to sit on, a towel sorts it. The animation teams are great fun, Luca is a nutcase, lots of game's and fun if you want it, but they're not pushy, they also do most of the nights entertainment, it's mostly in English, but mimed badly. Food is very good, lots and lots to choose from, it is repeated, but so tasty, they do ask men to wear trousers for dinner, but it's not enforced, go to the Asian restaurant, that is also very good. People were complaining about the wi-fi, but we didn't use it, our mobile's were the same as home, you use your own network minutes and data, no extra charge. Checkout is 11am, you can keep your room till 2pm for €30,or they provide a shower room, and towels, you have to book a 30 minute time slot on the morning of departure. All in all a great holiday, and we're looking to return next year.
I stayed at this hotel last week with my partner and had an amazing holiday. We paid extra when booking to get a sea view room which was well worth it, we stayed in room 421 which was practically on the beach so the view was lovely. We arrived late and had a smooth check in with the friendly staff and although the restaurant was closed they had laid out a cold buffet for the late arrivals which was not expected but we was very glad. We went all inclusive and we were happy with every meal we had, in the evenings especially there was always something different to choose from and a huge variety even for me who is a very fussy eater. With the all inclusive you also get the option to eat in the Asian restaurant one night for free which we chose to do and was very impressed. You can see the chef cook all the food from fresh in front of you and we had another lovely meal i would really recommend booking if you’re going. The hotel was always clean and you could always see the cleaners working hard around the hotel all day. There was a good selection of drinks on the all inclusive option also with wines and beers and cocktails and there’s a few bars through out the hotel the Africa bar was one of our favourites as it was right in front of the beach. The location was perfect, it was very peaceful and the beach was beautiful, if you walk further down the beach to the rocks there’s almost always small chipmunks running around and the sea is so clear you can see small fishes swimming around. I would also recommend visiting the oasis park zoo if you are going it’s a really good day out and the hotel offers a free bus there and back. Over all we had an amazing week we wish we had made it two weeks! Only down side was the entertainment at night time was a bit poor as it got a bit boring but we weren’t fussed about that we only went to use the bar. It’s good for both couples and families. I would recommend and we will definitely be returning again one day.
This was a friends reunion This was a friend’s reunion and we decided on an all-inclusive as it would be cheaper and easier. The hotel is very clean, the staff were great, food very good with a good choice of different dishes and drinks plentiful. The entertainers put a lot of effort into their performances but it wasn’t really for us. It is a quiet area as most of the accommodation surrounding the hotel is all inclusive there are not many restaurants or bars close by if you want a change. We had 2 family rooms for 4 of us so we didn’t have to share a bedroom and it was ideal.
