A fully and high-quality equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, induction cooker and washing machine as well as an Apple IMAC computer, Smart TV 4K Full HD with NETFLIX, WIFI high speed internet connection and private parking space in front of the villa round off the exclusive equipment.

Außergewöhnliches Reihenhaus mit Innenhof

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer größeren ruhigen Anlage am Rande von Costa Calma. Alle Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Große Terasse im ersten Stock mit schönem Blick (leider auch auf ein großes Hotel). Die Betreuung durch Nina war ausgezeichnet. Die Betten, Bäder und Duschen sind fantastisch.

Un logement exceptionnel, nous qui sommes habitués des locations de vacances nous avons trouvé ici un grand confort. Décoration très soignée et de bon goût, mobilier confortable, grands lits. Vue mer dégagée sur la terrasse fantastique. Cuisine avec équipement très complet et neuf, Piscine privative très jolie et agréable. douche intérieure vue piscine. Arrivée et départ faciles avec boîte à clefs. Accueil chaleureux sur place. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement

Villa Isabel I - Wir kommen wieder!

Schon vor der Anreise haben wir uns Empfangen und Gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir wurden an der Villa von Vera herzlich in Empfang genommen. Vera hat die Haustür aufgemacht und wir waren sofort "schockverliebt". Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles so wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend! Der Pool, der Innenhof und auch die Terasse - Orte zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Die Sonnenaufgänge ein Traum. Der Strand ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen, ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Nadine und Thomas

Grandioses Ferienhaus!

Die Villa Isabel ist ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit außergewöhnlicher Architektur. Sie ist Teil einer Siedlung gleichartiger Ferienhäuser, man hat aber absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Das Meer, auf das man von der oberen Terrasse und vom oberen Schlafzimmer aus einen schönen Blick hat, ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. In 10 bis 15 Gehminuten erreicht man verschiedene Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfreich. Vor Ort sind wir von einer sehr netten Dame empfangen worden, die uns eine hervorragende Einweisung in das Haus gegeben hat. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr durchdacht und mit allem Komfort versehen. Im Außenbereich findet man sowohl im Patio am Pool als auch auf der Terrasse immer ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen (je nach Wunsch) mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln bzw. Liegen. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, kann man sich mit einer Auswahl deutsch- und englischsprachiger Bücher oder mit dem Smart-TV die Zeit vertreiben. Das Internet funktioniert reibungslos. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Selten habe ich ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und tolle Ferien verbracht.

Hervorragende Workation

Die Villa Isabel1 ist wunderschön, die Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen der Realität. Wir waren einen Monat da und kombinierten den Aufenthalt mit Ferien und Arbeit. Die Infrastruktur lässt das prima zu. Die Ausstattung ist her-vorragend, es hat mehr Geschirr / Kochutensilien als sonst üblich. Die Küche ist sehr geeignet, um selber zu kochen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist herzlich und die Antworten kommen immer sehr schnell.

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir haben die Wohnung genau nach Beschrieb vorgefunden. In den zwei Wochen haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt zum Baden und zu Spaziergängen ein. Das Objekt ist toll.

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla unweit vom Meer

Die Villa war wunderbar sauber, gepflegt und war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt zugeschnitten. Der Pool war beheizt, der Patio gemütlich und die Dachterrasse hatte Sonne fast bis zum Untergang. Viel Platz für die Familie, besonders der Wohnraum ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll möbliert. Schade, dass der Kamin nicht zu nutzen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung und der Service vor Ort läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt sicher immer wieder individuelle Wünsche, Ansprüche oder Erwartungen, die aber keine Unterkunft erfüllen kann. Es ist alles sauber, sehr großzügig, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Mir persönlich hat im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gefehlt. That`s it. Jederzeit wieder.
