The holiday home Vista Mar is located about 5 minutes walk from the center of the Costa Calma and offers absolute peace and relaxation. The house has two bedrooms. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining area for 4 people. It of course offers television with German programs. In the perfectly equipped kitchen you will find everything to make your vacation relaxing and stress-free. Fluffy towels and comfortable bathrobes are available in the beautiful bathroom. Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten, gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse und sehr schönem Blick. Wir wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeberehepaar war hervorragend. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Durch den Wintergarten sehr geräumige Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Siedlung am Rand des Ortes, aber leider nicht in Laufnähe zum Supermarkt (Auto daher eher zu empfehlen). Immer genug Parkplätze.

Wohnung schöner als auf den Fotos anzunehmen. Viele kleine Deckchen und Dekorationen,. Nette Gastgeber, jederzeit gerne wieder. die sind Geschmackssache. Tolle Terrasse, wenns zu kühl oder windig ist ebensotoller Wintergarten. Gut ausgestattet, keine Spülmaschine aber zum Frühstücken und kaltem Abendessen super. Großer Kühlschrank, fetter TV

Sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne grosse Wohnung mit grosser Terasse und Blick aufs Meer und Palmen. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr gepfleglegten und angenehmen Ferienhaus Siedlung . Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (2 Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer) Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, was im November kein Problem war. 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ca. 3 km entfernt. Problemlose und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung ohne Vorbehalt weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in Costa Calma a fine settembre e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Jose è stato molto disponibile e l'appartamento è esattamente come in foto, arredato con cura, attrezzato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Splendido terrazzo da cui godersi il panorama e la quiete. Posizione furba per visitare la parte meridionale dell'isola che per noi è da favola. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Traumurlaub Costa Calma

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in angenehmer und ruhiger Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick und allem Komfort, den man sich für eine erholsame Zeit nur wünschen kann! Der sehr schöne Garten mit Palmen, Kakteen , blühenden Sträuchern und Blumen rundet das Gesamtbild dieses Hauses perfekt ab. Innen super sauber und gemütlich, wie auch stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wirklich nichts vermisst! Auf beiden Terassen kann man den traumhaften Ausblick auf den Atlantik genießen, was wir auch oft genutzt haben wenn wir einfach mal nur relaxen wollten. Dabei kann man dann entweder Sonne pur genießen, oder es sich auch einfach mal im Schatten der Überdachung mit einem guten Buch gemütlich machen. Ob Frühstück oder Abendessen, das Leben fand für uns hauptsächlich im Freien statt, bei dem Ausblick gibt es einfach keine Alternative. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen!!

L'appartement, situé dans une résidence très calme , est agréable à vivre et on s'y sent bien. Un peu éloigné des commerces, une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer. La plage est proche, 200 m environ. Le propriétaire est accueillant et prévenant. Petit bémol: les 90€ de ménage à payer à l'arrivée, soit l'équivalent d'une nuit de location. Ce montant est excessif et injustifié.

Ein ganz besonderes Domizil zum Wohlfühlen

Unseren vierzehntägigen Aufenthalt haben wir vom ersten bis zum letzten Urlaubstag geniessen können. Wir haben alles so , wie vom Vermieter beschrieben, angetroffen. Ein fantastisches Haus mit einem tollen Wintergarten und einer komfortablen Terrasse . Das Haus liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe am Rande des Ortes und bietet dem Betrachter einen traumhaften Ausblick auf Costa Colma und den Atlantik. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, auch die Küche ist bestens eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Die Ruhe in der gesamten Anlage ist erwähnenswert. Die Matratzen der Betten sind genial, zehn Stunden Schlaf und mehr, kein Problem. Die kurzen Laufwege zum Strand und dem Einkaufszentrum sind sehr angenehm. Wunderschöne Strände laden zum Wandern oder Sonnenbaden ein. Wer gerne mehr sehen oder erleben möchte , sollte sich einen Mietwagen für wirklich kleines Geld leisten. Die Betreuung vor Ort war zuverlässig, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist offen, ehrlich und verbindlich. Diese Unterkunft können wir ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen.
