Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected. You can also enjoy the many bars and restaurants near the building. The apartment has the essentials and air conditioning. *We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates. Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book is 25 yo.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
* Pool is only open for a few months of the year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the dates chosen.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deaparture, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
