Mountain biking Mecca just a short drive away. 18 Rd is 18 minutes out, Mary’s Loop 15 minute drive. Loma/Horse Thief 15 minutes. Coffee shops and restaurants on the bustling Aspen Ave is a 6 minute walk. The house provides a great vibe to unwind, amazing sunsets and peaceful seasonal creek just out the back door.
