My kids and I had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed using the golf cart riding around the island seeing the deer and beautiful scenery. My son had a great time fishing from the dock. The screened in porch was so peaceful overlooking the water while enjoying my morning coffee.

This unit needs a complete overhaul. Site indicates there is an ice maker. There are two cracked green ice trays. No ice maker. Site also indicates there is a hot tub. No hot tub. The washing machine sounds like a plane trying to take off. The lid wouldn’t open so I could move clothes to the dryer. Finally shook it until it opened. The bottom drawer of the dishwasher almost flies out when you pull it just a little. Kitchen cabinets are dirty, one won’t close and another is real janky. No refills for dish detergent (half bottle - small) half roll of paper towels when we got there. Outlets are unsafe in the king BR and one doesn’t work. TV in king room has muffled sound and the screen turns green. The sofa has broken springs throughout. The flooring is coming apart. Bathroom mats in both bathrooms were dirty. The A/C vent doesn’t work in the king BR. There is a fan in there that is adjustable but it is broken. So it was hot in there. The shower curtain rods aren’t affixed to the wall so when you slide the shower curtain the rod and curtain falls off on you. The only thing that was nice was the patio. I believe it needs to be sprayed for fleas. I have bites on both legs. I have NEVER written a bad review until now. We paid way too much for this unit. Definitely not Fripp standards in my opinion. We have rented many places on Fripp and have never experienced anything like this.

Not as advertised. We didn’t have the basics (dish soap, bath soap or clothes soap although we were told to wash the linens) which the owner delivered on our last day but beyond that the condo is NOT as advertised. The entire unit is in serious need of an overhaul. The filthy rug is covered with a plastic runner. One toilet didn’t work. The ice maker was two cracked plastic trays to make your own. The unit is on the second floor of a stilt building so it’s a couple flights up (not mentioned in the description) and I will post a picture of the only outside light which means the stairs are DARK. The worst Vrbo we ever stayed in. I would have left one star but the owner refunded our cleaning deposit (only fair since it wasn’t clean)

Great Stay!

We have been coming to Fripp Island for 12 years now. Our group really enjoyed this condo! The beds/mattresses were absolutely amazing for a rental. Everything was provided, and easy to access. Host was very quick to respond and going above and beyond for us. We all recommend this place!

Beautiful Beaches and Wildlife!

We were a bit put off at first but the vacation was perfect. The pictures advertised a pool but we found out the week of that we had to spend over $500 to use the pool or any island amenities. That was off putting. Then we found out the golf cart was broken. They did comp us a golf cart and good thing because it is hard to do anything without. Anyway, we did not pay for amenity card. We just drove our golf cart to the beach and around the island and went fishing off the dock behind us. The island has so much wildlife - deer walk right up to you- and the villa is an excellent location on the creek with a lovely view and across the street from beach access. Our stay was perfect!

Condo get away

Leslie was great to work with-quick to respond before and during our trip. The condo is in the center of the island so it’s a great location. The view from the condo porch of the marsh is lovely. We always enjoy exploring around the island so having the golf cart available was perfect. We enjoyed our trip a lot.
