Very quiet, individual and light architect house built in 2018/19 with 130 m² living space for up to 6 people. Bright and friendly furnishings and wooden floorboards (oak or Pine) in the living rooms and terracotta tiles in the bathrooms, the conservatory and the entrance area. Gas heating with solar assistance. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, in the conservatory and the entrance hallway. Large garden, two wooden terraces and garden shed. Living-dining room with integrated kitchen and separate dining area, 3 bedrooms, winter garden, gallery, 2 bathrooms: shower room with sauna on the ground floor, bathroom on the first floor, pantry. Washing machine in the utility room. In the outdoor area cozy hanging seat and children's swing. Bakers, restaurants and fresh market within walking distance.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral.Friedrichskoog hat alles was man benötigt. Der Bäcker ist 100m vom Haus weg, REWE ca.700m und Edeka ca.300m. Bei den örtlichen Landwirte kann man regionale Produkte für schmales Geld kaufen.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im EG sollten noch Fliegengitter nachgerüstet werden (Info für den Vermieter) Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt P.S.: Seehundestation ist sehr zu empfehlen und Fahrrad nicht vergessen

Perfekte Urlaubs Oase

Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben Top ausgestattet und super gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Deich (alles fussläufig) war optimal. Ausflugsziele wie Büsum, St. Peter-Ording usw. gut erreichbar. Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super und schnell, Check-in unkompliziert.Auch der Garten mit Ruhe und Spielmöglichkeiten war perfekt.Insgesamt ein großes Danke für eine Tolle Auszeit im Ferienhaus.

Traumferien am Meer

Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit diesen Sommer in einem so wunderschönen und liebevoll gestalteten Haus zu verbringen. Wir liebten die Ruhe aber auch das gelegentliche Abendprogramm auf dem Deich (das Blöken der Schafe). Der private Garten könnte als Park durchgehen. 😄 Sooooo viel grün ist Balsam für die Seele. Überall drinnen und draußen laden verträumte Plätze zum Verweilen ein - allein oder gemeinsam. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und immer eine Freude. Der Zugang zum Meer in Friedrichskoog war durch Baumaßnahmen nicht möglich - doch darüber wurden wir bereits im Vorfeld informiert und Alternativen wurden vorgeschlagen. Auf alle extra Anfragen wurde unterstützend geantwortet - wenn etwas möglich ist, machen die Vermieter es möglich. Feedback wurde immer wertschätzend aufgenommen. Wir liebten wie das Sonnenlicht am Morgen durch die großen Fenster schien. Couch und Fernseher sind klein - zum Glück für uns. 😉 Die Schaukel am Haus war ein Highlight für die Kids. Danke & vielleicht bis bald❣️

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit allem, was man braucht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Für (Klein-)Kinder wären ein Treppengitter und eine bessere Verdunklung der Schlafzimmer wünschenswert, aber für uns hat es trotzdem gut gepasst.

Erholsamer Nordseeaufenthalt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die 3 Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig.Bei kühlerem Wetter oder Regen sitzt man sehr gemütlich im Wintergarten. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung kann man viele schöne Ausflüge machen,im Haus gibt es auch Reiseführer und eine Mappe mit vielen Infos und Tips. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und der Kontakt unkompliziert.

Haus am Deich

Schönes Haus mit wirklich riesigem Garten den die Kinder ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse kann man prima nutzen und die kleine Straße am Deich ist wirklich leise. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, allerdings könnten die Schlafzimmer etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Schränke bieten. Abzüge gibt es vor allem in der B-Note, es war die erste Ferienwohnung in der es keine Kaffeemaschine gab, sowas hatten wir noch nie. Und das manche Bewertungen die Ausstattung der Küche so feiern konnten wir auch nicht nach vollziehen. Absolut jedes Messer in der Küche ist so dermaßen unscharf das selbst einfachste Gerichte zu einer Herausforderung wurden, da sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt. Liebe Grüße

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage.

Ein neueres Ferienhaus hinter dem 2. Deich in Friedrichskoog. 3 Schlafzimmer, wobei 2 Schlafzimmer mit sehr niedrigen Betten ausgestattet sind. Ist für alte Personen nicht geeignet. Sonst ist alles vorhanden, ausser eine normale Kaffeemaschine.

Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser in dem wir bisher waren

Das Haus ist wundervoll! Die Ausstattung lässt nahezu keine Wünsche offen: für den Fall daß man etwas vergessen hat ist die Vorratskammer mit Bio-Produkten ausgestattet; in der Küche findet man von Gewürzen über Tee bis hin zu Öl alles. Der riesige Garten lädt zum Verweilen und Toben ein; die Sauna zum Entspannen. Ein kleines Highlight sind die Obstbäume und Kräuter im Garten, an denen man sich (selbstverständlich in Maßen) bedienen darf. Im Ort selber ist das Haus gut gelegen, der Bäcker sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in 2min erreichbar und auch zur Seehund-Station ist es nicht weit. Wer seine Ruhe sucht ist hier goldrichtig, für viele Aktivitäten mit Kleinkindern und Touri-Touren ist man etwas ab vom Schuss Alles in allem: klare Empfehlung, eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser in denen wir bisher waren
