Feedback Aufenthalt Friedrichskoog Spitze

1. Das Haus war grob / oberflächlich gereinigt. Sowohl die Schränke als auch die Betten mussten von uns zunächst nochmal gereinigt werden. Weiterhin haben wir das Haus nochmal mittels Staubsauger ausgesaugt und den Bereich unten nass gewischt. Hier wäre eine Abnahme vor Übergabe an die neuen Mieter wünschenswert. 2. Im Badezimmer haben wir gleich zu Beginn das Waschbecken mit dem Pömpel ( kenne leider den Fachausdruck hierfür nicht) von der Verstopfung befreien müssen. Hier sollte sich ein Installateur das Ganze nochmal ansehen. 3. Im unteren Schlafzimmer knarrt das Bett bei jeder kleinen Bewegung. Auch hier gibt es Abstellbedarf. Der Vermieter wurde durch mich im Nachgang via Mail darüber informiert und es gab keinerlei Rückmeldung
