In a quiet setting with a large flower garden, the Epicéas et Digitales cottage is located in the heart of the classified meadows and volcanoes of Mézenc, slightly set back from the small village of Freycenet-Lacuche.

Surrounded by fields, the property includes the cottage and its large unfenced plot of land (2700 m²) as well as an adjoining cottage not overlooked. The surroundings are shared and not separated, but outdoor spaces (dining and relaxation area) are provided for each of the occupants for real comfort.

Nearby: Les Estables 7 km away (winter sports resort, paragliding), Le Monastier 12 km away (church, abbey castle, museum of popular beliefs, bungee jumping at the Recoumène viaduct, brass festival, all shops and services). The entrance is on the ground floor, upstairs you have a large kitchen-dining area as well as a mezzanine living room with a large TV screen.

On the 1st floor there are 5 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 3 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed
- 2 bedrooms with 1 180 cm bed each
- 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 3 80 cm beds (or 1 160 cm bed + 1 80 cm bed depending on needs).

3 bedrooms have their own private bathroom-WC. The 4th and 5th bedrooms have a shared bathroom (ideal for parents and children).
