Ideally situated 50m from the immense beach of Sables-d'Or-les-Pins, its St Michel islet and its lagoon, and amongst the spacious avenues where beautiful Anglo-Norman villas and Art Deco or decidedly design properties stand side by side, it allows you to enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day. For moments of relaxation, the garden invites you to unwind in the sun or in the hot tub. Furthermore, golf enthusiasts will find this accommodation ideal, as it is just a few steps from Fréhel golf course.



Inside, a warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits you. Whether in the lounge near the granite fireplace for friendly conversations or settled at the desk to contemplate the ocean view, these different spaces will charm you. The dining room is conducive to convivial gatherings around its large table. The property is superb. The living area and kitchen in the house are open plan and lends themselves to entertaining. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils. The bedrooms are all big enough for two adults to share. Both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower with plenty of available hot water. The west facing balcony off the kitchen is ideal for alfresco dining and the west facing patio is perfect for catching the sun. The beach is on the doorstep and there are some beautiful walks straight out from the house. There are plenty of local restaurants and shops including a boulangerie, all within walking distance. The views are spectacular, the neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of off road and on road parking. We would definitely recommend this house and we will definitely visit again.
