Bring the family and enjoy the beach and perfect space at the Las Palmas! This location is wonderful - practically beach front, and is central near bars and restaurants. Family friendly and quiet, it’s everything you need for a relaxing getaway to Surfside.

The Space:

The beautiful 3BR 2.5BA will comfortably fit your family, a girls trip or a friends get away!



Las Palmas as a whole is a duplex property. Each unit can be rented individually or together. The front decks connect and they have the option to be open to each other or closed and private.



Guest Access:

Guest will have each unit to themselves or can book both together.

- There is a charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee.



-Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs

Additional Dogs: $75 per dog

Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival

-We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell and yellow tint. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.

We loved this house. Was the perfect set up for our group. Walking distance to the beach. House was very well stocked. We will definitely keep this one on or rebooking list.
