Be sure to bring and use bottled water, the water quality in the town is poor at best, the apartment wasn’t terrible but was not the cleanest either, otherwise this has a very spacious accommodations for a large group

Yes, the kitchen was fully equipped. The kitchen table was not level and caused a few mishaps.The place was very pet friendly. With our crate, it was very manageable.

We had a good time for Christmas with our big family, plenty of space, we had a few issues with stove but got a response right away from host, communication was excellent.Stores and beach right around the corner Bring plenty of repellent, other than that I recommend this place

The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered. Notified the number but they just said to send pics that’s it. Once we got into bed, the bedding smelled absolutely terrible, we’re guessing it was never washed just bed made up. I informed the number provided again, but nothing came of it. Again the house itself lovely, but hopefully it gets cleaned properly next time.

Loved our stay

Our family loved that location, we walked to the beach most days & it was beautiful ! House was big enough for all of us . Kids had so much fun for the first time at ocean . Very happy with our stay .

The house is spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a family vacation. There is plenty of parking. The game room is great for kids and the beach is within walking distance.

Fun weekend stay

Our family had a really great stay. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun trip. The grill was great, the fire pit was fun, lots of rooms and space for everyone to hang and sleep. The house stayed cool and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Our check in time was 4:00. We arrived around 4:45, and the cleaners arrived shortly after. The house was a disgusting mess. Food was in the sink, on the counter, just really gross. The prior renters didn't follow any check out procedures. We left for an hour to let them clean, but they were not finished. We had to leave again. The management company offered us an hour late check out. Not much of a compensation, and we were unable to accept that small offer.The linens are really good, the kitchen was well stocked, and the game room down stairs was very interesting. We are a senior citizen couple, so we didn't use this room, but what a great place for kids of all ages.This is a pretty typical short term rental.

Surf Side Sea Esta

The Sea Esta was a good fit for our party—ample room for our group of 12. The loft bedroom was a great getaway for the teenagers who needed a break from the rest of the family. Convenient to the beach. Walkable when the weather allowed. We would come to this house again.

Nice beach house that sleeps 18

This is actually a great beach house and the location is great. Kitchen is well supplied with cookware/utensils. Kids really enjoyed the gameroom. Plenty of space for our group of 12. My only reason for less stars is, there were alot of small repairs needed. doorknob came off
