The front desk staff Wasnt very friendly and helpful but it was a lovely breakfast. The room is a bit small and the beds were quite uncomfortable but the location was great and it was clean. Overall is was ok.

We were given a room on the second floor. There was no elevator. We quickly found out that rooms on the first floor were being charged at a premium. Nowhere in the online booking did it state this and we've never experienced this at any other hotel, especially a major chain. The back stairs, which were right next to our room, weren't carpeted and they needed a good cleaning. We felt we were consigned to the "cheap seats" because we had booked our rate online. Others arriving while we were still in the lobby were told they had to "pay more", if they wanted first floor rooms. That was "the rule". Also, we asked what we thought were some simple questions and couldn't even get an answer. The breakfast was pretty mundane. The eggs and sausage looked rather unappealing so we didn't touch them. The rest of it was average; not much worth bothering with. And the seating area for the breakfast was ridiculously small. A hotel with 98 rooms that had seating for about ten people? The sink area in our room was very small; not enough space for two people's toiletry cases; even though we booked a room with two double beds. Another thing was that the double beds were very short! We are both 5' 3" and our feet were hanging over the end of the beds. A Comfort Inn? Never again.

In general hotel is OK. It is far away from major shopping centers. Nothing in a walking distance. In addition, far away from major attraction. A little expensive as compared to others with no apparent distinction.

Venezia, thank you for your candid feedback from your recent stay with us. We were distressed to see that you experienced so many issues during your short time with us. We will pass along your comments to their respective departments for further action.
