Awful Front Desk Staff

During our 2nd night of our stay four our U18 hockey tournament, More than half of the players were in my room with my son, and I was back and forth between there and where the parents were. I went back at 9:50 to send the players to their room as we were told 10pm was quiet time, AND the players had to be up at 6:30am to head to the rink. When I got there the young lady from the front desk was walking by my room complaining about all the kids in there. they weren't being loud at all. I went in, latched the door, talked to the kids for a few minutes, and they were laughing at her for giving them a hard time about knocking on my door for my son to let them in. Then she bangs on my door, we opened it and she says "If you're going to talk about someone, you should be more quiet" One of our parents witnessed her with her ear up against my hotel room door listening to our conversation.

I like how it wasn’t carpet floors in my room so it actually felt clean with hardwood knowing it can be mopped . One thing I’d maybe “complain” about is the tv quality but other than that great stay

When we got there the sign for hotel not lite so nearly missed. Also construction on property, do direction to where the entrance was. Had to drive around looking for it.
