Featuring a King bed (plus a Queen sleeper sofa!) this cozy unit sleeps a total of 4. Inside is a full kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee maker with all the necessities, and everything else you might need! Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:

Spent a week at this condo and was perfect for me enjoying a week long bike camp. Close to town, quiet, perfect size and layout. Cute decorations, secluded outdoor porch, shower had great pressure, kitchen with all the tools to easily eat in. Bed was comfy. The communication and support of these owners was 🙌.
