The house itself was nice and perfect for our group size. The location of the house is perfect. We did run into a few issues while there that prevents us from having a five star experience. 1) The Water and Ice dispenser did not work during our stay 2) There was a metal trashcan overflowing with trash and debris on the ground outside the back gate that smelled terrible the whole time we were there sitting in the backyard 3) We were unable to use the pool at night because the light was broken and had not been fixed. There was supposed to be a floating LED light but it was not on site and no one ever dropped it off. We were out and about during the day so without being able to use it at night we ended up not using it at all the entire trip. 4) The shower heads in both showers need to be seriously cleaned. The amount of mineral build up was extreme. The owner was very responsive to messages but unfortunately his team was not very helpful during our stay.

This house was beyond perfect for our long weekend in Fredericksburg! It was perfectly appointed with great bedrooms, hang out spaces, kitchen, etc. The backyard and pool were the real winners. Such a lovely area to spend time. Highly recommend booking this home - we’ll 100% be back!

Wonderful House for a Getaway

This house was perfect for the 3 of us to have a getaway before college started back up. It was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed. And the backyard with the pool was fantastic! We would do some shopping in the morning and when it got too hot, we would come back and get in the pool. We had a very relaxing time. The hosts were great with communication. We had all the info for check-in and on our last day they sent info for check-out. Matt and Lauren made it so easy! We would definitely stay here again.

This place has it all!! We only stayed 2 days and I wish we could have stayed for a week!! Extremely clean, kitchen is well equipped and the pool is outstanding! We spent the majority of our time in the pool or on the back patio. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back next year!!

Matt was incredibly easy to deal with and responded quickly with any question we had. Only a 5 min drive from Main St. and my kids loved having the pool to play in. Great location, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, everything we needed!

What a great property! We visited for a girls getaway (two adults and a tween) and loved the location! Close to town, but quiet at night. We enjoyed the pool, found the house well stocked to cook a few meals, and plenty of space to relax in the evenings.

Nice cozy home in a convenient location

Really nice cottage like home in a great location. It was convenient going to Main St, which was less than a mile away. The pool was a plus and a nice way to cool off after a day in warm weather. We would definitely stay here again. Next time we will even bring our dog since they allow pups to stay here too.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Great mattresses, rooms had space, great kitchen and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable for 4 people.Having a pool is a great option too!Appreciate that we could bring our dog. We would easily come again and have recommended the house to friends already.

Amazing property

Wonderful home in a great location. Literally takes one right turn and 20 minutes to reach Enchanted Rock State Park. Great communication with the property manager with all directions laid out in a simple format. Will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.

Comfortable and Convenient

We truly enjoyed our visit to this home. It was clean, had all needed amenities, and was so very comfortable. We were even able to do our laundry before we left. It was too chilly for the pool, but the area was a great place to relax. The location is convenient to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Matt, our host, answered questions promptly and provided all needed assistance. Thank you for a great weekend getaway.

Quaint escape

A quietly nestled home where we used most of the house. As a newer listing, there may be quirks to the home and or layout, but everything is as described. Comfy, cozy. The backyard didn't get enough use by us because it was chilly, but if it were warm, we'd certainly have been having cocktails by the pool.
