This was a fantastic location that was near Main and very close to the 290 Wine Bus pickup location. It was roomy and had a great back yard and front porch. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to the music from a wine bar a block or so away.One bath had hair from a previous guest, but this was really the ONLY issue with cleanliness. We did have trouble with the WiFi which made our devices almost unusable on WiFi and the TV would freeze and disconnect from the internet about every 5 minutes for a minute or so. When we told the property managers about the issue, they came over to try to help, but were unable to fix the issue.This didn't distract much from a wonderful time for us and our pup. I would stay here again.

So incredibly close to the fun!

Nicely renovated older home. Quick walk to live music and food/beverages. Roomy and if you go with friends, helps keep costs down. HEB is less than 5 minutes away by car, but not even a far walk.

Happy Days = Happy Weekend!

When we have our annual family trip to Fredericksburg, this is our favorite place to stay. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. We love sitting on the front porch and visiting with all the people passing by…

Location was right on spot for our stay in Fredericksburg. Convenient to shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants in town. The walk to 290 wine shuttle was less than 5 mins. Would recommend visiting Fredericksburg and staying here!

Fun Thanksgiving

We really enjoyed the location of this home and the large backyard for our dog! Everything is within walking distance. Plenty of room in this home for our 6 person family.
