This was a fantastic location that was near Main and very close to the 290 Wine Bus pickup location. It was roomy and had a great back yard and front porch. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to the music from a wine bar a block or so away.One bath had hair from a previous guest, but this was really the ONLY issue with cleanliness. We did have trouble with the WiFi which made our devices almost unusable on WiFi and the TV would freeze and disconnect from the internet about every 5 minutes for a minute or so. When we told the property managers about the issue, they came over to try to help, but were unable to fix the issue.This didn't distract much from a wonderful time for us and our pup. I would stay here again.

So incredibly close to the fun!

Nicely renovated older home. Quick walk to live music and food/beverages. Roomy and if you go with friends, helps keep costs down. HEB is less than 5 minutes away by car, but not even a far walk.

Perfect location

The location of this home is unbeatable. It is just over a block from Main St. We really enjoyed staying in this home. Very clean and well maintained. A few things to be aware of: there's a bar across the street. They had a live band every night until midnight. We sleep with fans so it didn't disturb us too much. It is on a somewhat busy road so the street noise can get a bit loud. Again, we had our fans so it didn't keep us awake. Those were really the only 2 "negatives". I recommend taking something to block out the noise at night because this home is worth staying in.

Location was right on spot for our stay in Fredericksburg. Convenient to shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants in town. The walk to 290 wine shuttle was less than 5 mins. Would recommend visiting Fredericksburg and staying here!

Very nice home. 3 king bedrooms and 2 full baths with nice kitchen, living area, front porch, and back yard with a firepit. Great location close to everything in town. A little over a block south of the main action on Main street. Wine bar with live music diagonally across the street. Very clean and well maintained. Checking in was simple as was checking out.

5 Star Rental

Five friends stayed at Happy Days to celebrate turning 60. The house was perfect & the location couldn’t have been better! The king beds were a HUGE plus. Short walk up to the center of Main Street where all the shops & restaurants are located. Highly recommend. Would also be perfect for 3 couples.

Annual Get Together

This was our first time to stay at this home. It was quite lovely. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. There was a lot of room in the living/kitchen/dining area and welcome bottle of yummy wine for us. The front porch had comfortable furniture to sit on and enjoy the wine. The location was perfect with easy walking access to downtown, restaurants and bars.
