There was a charcoal grill for cooking which was amazing, a clean hot tub, and the cabin was very clean and ready for guests. We had the best time! We will definitely be returning, especially for the kitties! They were our favorite part

Great little place to stay! Host was incredibly responsive and I would definitely recommend the property. Cooking is microwave only and the highway sounds (tire noise only) are substantial, otherwise we were very pleased. Bed is extremely comfortable! Hot tub is great - well maintained and no strange odors like many tubs. Nice porch for early/late day conversations. Nice cats. Axis deer with fawns in the yard the first day.

It's amazing how thoughtfully this historic cabin has been updated to be cozy and luxurious. We really enjoyed spending time on the porch with the cats. The hot tub was very clean and hot, even though it was cold outside. It was a really relaxing place to spend our honeymoon, and it's easy to get into town.One thing to note is that the tub/shower doesn't have anywhere to hang the showerhead. So showering is fun but it might be challenging for some people.

The bathtub was not cleaned well. The bed was not very comfortable, had dips in mattress.Not very secluded and while in the hot tub all you can hear is road noise from the highway.Staying in an old cabin was pretty cool and the host took care of my requests very well.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cactus cabin it’s so secluded yet so close to town. My wife loved the cats we both loved the hot tub, and the quietness. Thanks for an amazing weekend.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen and bedroom were clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed the ambiance, spotting deer go by, and the quiet. It was definitely a retreat!

Enjoyed our stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Cozy cabin, comfortable bed and just two miles from Cabernet Grill Restaurant. Host was very responsive and we had a great time.

Anniversary Getaway

Perfect romantic getaway to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. The cabin was remote, but super close to downtown. It was private, cozy, very comfortable bed, loved the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back and stay again!

Perfect Couple Getaway

The hubby & I absolutely loved this sweet secluded cabin! Everything about this stay was perfect & Melissa was super responsive. We will definitely be trying out another cabin on this property in the fall.
