We stayed here for two nights and consider it yo be a reasonable hotel. The towels were thin and tge hair dryer was average. The bedding was comfortable. Breakfastcwas invluded and quite satisfactory. The tram stop is quite close snd the bus stopps outside. The tram tskes uou all the way into the old town on number 17. Bus 50 gets you to the underground for the U4 to the town centre.

Honestly, we can not understand the bad reviews for this hotel. We thought it was great. Clean, freshly renovated, comfortable and an excellent breakfast served each morning in a dining area off the lobby. We agree that the wi fi wasnt't the best, but that was the only negative, otherwise we would have given it a 5/5. It is located only 300m from the tram stop at Leonardo-da-Vinci-Allee, then it is only a 15 minute ride on tram #17 into the main railway station. Room was well equipped and appointed. Breakfast was ample with a great variiety to choose from. We stayed here two nights prior to the start of a Cosmos tour around Germany. So, contrary to a lot of the reviewers, we recomend it and give it a 4/5.

Hotel is conveniently located, approximately 20 min walk to Frankfurt Fair/Messe. Rooms are clean and good size but dated. Price was good for the location. Dinner was ok, not more, i did not take breakfast as 18Euros are a bit much. The Wifi however is unacceptable. Free Wifi needs 5 min to open outlook, 2 more to open and fully load an email (no attachment). On my question if the paid Wifi will be better, the staff admitted "maybe a bit but not high speed". If you are done with work and don't expect to use the internet, ok but otherwise choose a different location.

Actually I can not say that here is Hotel. Rooms are so dirty, I found hairs all around bath room. Also I saw insect in the room. Very old Hotel. Very bad wifi connection. Breakfast very poor. Even in the room there is no safe box. Come on? Year is almost 2018. If you will go lobby bar afternoon you can not drink coffee. Because personal starts at 18:00. Just personal trying to do something. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also room were cold. They are nice but management has to change the mentality.

I stayed last night again in the Qgreen Melia, mainly because convenient for Frankfort city and also Frankfurt Airport, and because I am MeliaReward Platinium. But I had the room 405. This room is very noisy, you can here all night long the cars, bus, and so on ! You can even listen people talking in front of the hotel entrance. Very noisy for me !!! Also, the bed was OK, but the bed quilt and bed sheet was much too small, maybe just good for one person ! I do not recommend anymore. Not sure to go again !!! And definitely NOT a 4 stars hotel !!!!

We spent just one night and It was quite good. Everything was clean and modern. it's not located in the city center but close to public transport (near a bus station and 10 min walks to train station). The only problem was that we booked a double bedroom but we got a twin bedroom. Generally I recommend this hotel for short staying especially for visiting Messe because it is so close.

i went down from my room to get my team and going to the Messe to start our job day, i sit down in the bar and saying even a word Ms. Silvia Héfer say directly to me shouting "stop, stop, stop...i need a second blablabla..." i asked her "have i do or say something?" and she start to shout me and she took a cup in her hands and threat me to smash the cup on me. Impolite, not prepare and violent ways to treat the guest, even you spend more than 12.000 € in 3 days. After try to complain there, try to talk with Director, no answer, even a sorry. Shame about this place that they called Hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good and the staff is also very friendly. It is a good hotel for business trips. The Internet is terrible. It does not work in rooms. Changed my room also but no respite.

This is about the 3rd timeI have stayed here whilst attending a trade fair. The hotel is close enough to the hall entrances, though still a good 20 minutes walk. The hotel itself is fine. The service is good. The breakfast is average. It claims to be 4 star but I couldn’t see it being more than a good UK 3 star. My room was fairly large. Perfectly comfortable but also fairly basic. A colleague of mine had a different experience with dirty carpets and a blocked bath. The hotel gave him a bottle of bubbly as an apology. There isn’t much in the immediate vicinity but plenty a short cab ride away. If you head a cross the roundabout in front of the hotel you will find a nice little square with a great Thai restaurant and Italian too. Not for entertaining but good for a quiet night or lunch on your own. All in all it isn’t a bad choice if visiting on business. The service is the best feature and all else is average. I would happily stay again.

I stayed at the QGreen just for one night while visiting friends in Frankfurt. The hotel is conveniently located near the Frankfurt trade-fair. Other than that I found nothing of interest within walking distance of the hotel. Upon arrival I was given a large suite instead of the single room I had booked. This happened because of renovations happening on two of the floors. Consequently I have nothing but praise for the room and the sleep quality. Also staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Now here are the downsides of the experience: Internet is painfully slow. To make things worse, you can only connect one device per room. And the amount of data is limited to 500MB. Everything else comes with an extra charge. Breakfast seemed awfully pricey at 18€ per person...so I skipped it. Parking in the hotel's garage is 22€ per 24hours, but there are parking options accross the street under the highway overpass. Hotel staff themselves assured me that it was safe to park there. To sum it up, I had a good but not a great experience at QGreen.
